About: I grew up loving and caring for animals.. and eventually turned it into a career. I have since moved on to different passions, work-wise, but still prioritize spending as much of my free time around animals as I can. In addition to caring for pets for family and friends over the years, I was previously employed as a dog walker at Austin Pets Alive! animal shelter; I have years of experience working with dogs of all sizes, energies, and unique medical and behavioral needs. Let me love your pups! I currently work remotely and self-scheduled, so I am flexible to meet you and your animals’ needs! Feel free to reach out and I’m sure we can find something that works for all of us! My cats are spoiled now that I work from home, and they love the attention they get from me… and making appearances on video calls to steal attention from my coworkers, as well. Because one of my cats is FIV+, I am careful which animals come into my own home. However, should I visit your home, I understand that I am responsible for maintaining a positive and professional relationship by staying animal-focused in your home.
About: I've been taking care of pets for friends and family since I was old enough to pour kibble and fill water bowls! I grew up with two dogs, three cats, and friends and family with farms and ranches, giving me experience working with everything from lizards to horses. I love connecting with critters and ensuring their physical AND emotional needs stay a top priority. Experience includes: walks, structured playtime, behavioral observation and modification, photography, light grooming, medicine administration, and boarding. I work part-time with a lot of flexibility, and while I get time to interact with my friends' and neighbor's pets, I can always make time to add another set of paws to the mix. Typically, when providing care, I like to meet and greet in advance of whatever service--be it walks, check-ins, daycare, or overnights--to start off socializing with a particular pet on the right foot. I also ask for typical routines (including dietary particulars and medicine), off-limits areas and behaviors, as well as favorite toys, games, and treats! I always bring a few things to keep myself occupied in case of pets who like to do their own thing, but usually a lot of the time is spent directly supporting your companion through play, feeding, and snuggles!
About: Hi ✨ I’m a lifelong dog lover with years of experience—from high-energy athletes to seniors requiring a gentler pace. Having lived with a sassy Shih Tzu and a spry Goldendoodle, I’ve learned that every pet has distinct needs that require a patient, observant eye. I believe the best walks come from maintaining the consistency of your dog’s established outdoor routine. Whether it’s navigating a favorite neighborhood route, practicing consistent leash manners, or ensuring they get the specific physical engagement they need, I’ll care for your pup with the same devotion I’d give my own. I’m a Product Designer currently taking a career break, which means I have the unique advantage of a completely flexible schedule. I can offer consistent, reliable morning or midday walks to keep your furry friends happy and stress-free while you’re busy. My schedule is always up-to-date, so you can rest assured that when you see a green light on my calendar, I am truly available and ready to prioritize your pet’s routine. I’m happy to stick to your pup's favorite neighborhood routes or head to a nearby local park if they prefer a bit more open space for their stroll. I’m an active walker and love ensuring they get the specific physical engagement they need to come home happy and exercised.
About: I’ve been dog and cat sitting since high school and have cared for pets of all kinds over the years. I grew up surrounded by animals—dogs, cats, chickens, and even the occasional horse—which taught me how to handle different personalities and needs. While I can’t have a pet of my own right now, caring for others’ animals truly brings me joy. I treat every pet like my own, making sure they feel comfortable, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. I work a pretty consistent schedule of 8:30-5pm Monday-Thursdays (Thursdays I work from home) and have a long hour lunch. Pet care easily fits before, during and after my work day and with 3 day weekends and one remote work day I have a very flexible schedule and plenty of time to dedicate love, attention, and walks to you pet! Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, I always focus on making them feel safe, loved, and comfortable. I follow each pet’s routine closely—mealtimes, walks, play, and quiet time, so they feel secure and cared for even while their people are away. I take the responsibility of looking after someone’s pet very seriously, and I always make sure they get plenty of attention, affection, and patience. My goal is for every animal I care for to feel at ease, happy, and loved until they’re back in your arms.
About: Hi! I’m Jeremiah, a lifelong animal lover based in North/Northeast Portland with over 30-years of real-world experience caring for dogs and cats. My approach combines calm, confident handling, an active lifestyle, and a strong understanding of behavior, routine, and positive reinforcement. I’ve been surrounded by dogs my entire life and currently have a rescued 4-year-old German Shepherd mix that I trained myself. Working patiently and compassionately through his reactivity has deepened my awareness of canine body language, the importance of structure and consistency, and how to help pets feel safe and supported. I live an outdoor-focused lifestyle and enjoy long walks, running, hiking, camping, fly fishing, and bouldering. Daily movement is part of my routine, making me especially well-suited for high-energy dogs, while I’m equally comfortable providing calm, attentive care for pets who prefer a quieter pace. I’m a longtime public servant focused on environmental protection and stewardship, and I’m also a parent of two college students. Trust, communication, and reliability are important to me. Whether you’re looking for walks, drop-in visits, or overnight care, I’ll treat your pet and your home with the same respect and care I give my own. I work Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM, and have every Friday and most holidays off to focus on pet care. My flexible schedule can accommodate last-minute visits, drop-ins, walks, or long-weekend stays. Happy to schedule meet & greets prior to bookings. Safety, trust, and attentive care are my top priorities. I have extensive hands-on experience caring for dogs and cats, including crating, training, administering medications, and taking pets to routine or emergency vet visits. I offer a flexible schedule and am happy to accommodate long-weekend visits, last-minute walks, drop-ins, or overnight stays. My home features a fully fenced yard and is conveniently located near parks, trails, and outdoor spaces. I also have first-hand knowledge of the best local trails and destinations to provide active pets with the exercise, enrichment, and adventure they need.
“Lyon responded quickly when sprained my ankle (while walking my dog ?) and could not manage the remainder of her walks for the day. ! Lyon was so kind and patient, great with my pup and I am so grateful.”

Woodlawn dog parents share their Rover experiences
Hanna was awesome. We were in a pinch when our usual walker had to cancel last minute right before we went on a 2 week trip, and Hanna came through! Hanna put us at ease and completely brought our stress level down! Most importantly my puppers had some good adventures :)
