She has put extra time in to training sessions (with a professional trainer I hired) and has effectively put into practice what she learned during those sessions to better build her relationship with my dog. Her daily reports are always detailed and her communication is always timely. I wish we could take her with us when we move. If I get any packages, she brings them inside and sends me a photo. She is really a lovely person and I am grateful for her help.”
