“We had a wonderful experience with Emily. Coconut was comfortable very quickly, which was a relief. Emily also sent us immediate feedback so we could start our vacation worry-free. We got lots and lots of pictures - so fun to see Coconut zooming around the yard or crashed out on Bowie's bed. Also- I made a mistake on the booking dates, paying for one extra night, and Emily caught the mistake and fixed it immediately. This was my best experience with Rover yet. Chloe did such a wonderful job with Franklin! He’s a very anxious dog, and she was so patient and understanding with him. She really adjusted to his needs and made sure he felt comfortable, which means a lot to us. It was such a relief knowing he was in good hands!!

It was so nice knowing our dog, Obie, was in good hands while we traveled for the holidays. Collette was so communicative and sent lots of updates. Obie seemed so happy spending time with her, her family, and dog, Pepper. It was like vacation for him! Collette went above and beyond to make Obie feel at home and he got lots of walks and activities. She is super attentive to all the care details we left her with and we felt totally confident leaving Obie in her care while we were so far away from home.
