Lisa was very communicative and even helped out providing her own when I forgot to bring the batch I had premade for B's special food addition, saving me time of having to run home when I had to catch a flight. She provided pictures every day and made sure Beatrix was settled when dropping her off at my home and even sent a video. She checked in with me when Beatrix's arthritis was acting up before giving the "as needed" meds. I will definitely use Lisa again!”

My worries were put to ease when we arrived for drop off and there was a decorated chalk board outside saying “Welcome Sophie”. That little personalized thoughtful touch nearly made me tear up.
