“Rover is a fussy dog and maybe a little spoiled. Juan was courteous and thoughtful and contacted us when Rover's physical conditions and behaviors would change. He kept us updated with Rover's progress until they subsided. Rover was a bit distant at the beginning, which is our dog's nature, Juan was able to draw her out of her shell and became more interested in paying with Juan and he earned her affection. We will use Juan for our next trip where we cannot bring Rover.”

They are very experienced with dogs so they know how to give the dogs time to adjust to the new surroundings and help them feel right at home.
