He had a lot of furry friends to keep him occupied. She met with us prior to booking so that Gus could get to know her a little bit. We were really impressed with Sandy's ability to recognize Gus' stress and nervousness when he was away from us. She is knowledgeable and extremely lovely to work with. She sent updates and pics of how the dogs were doing during their stay. Rosemary understood the needs of our dogs. We will definitely use Rosemary in the future. In the past when we picked up our cat at sitters he comes to us ready to come home, but this time he just laid there looking at us in the other room, ignoring us when we called him to come. You can tell our animals were well taken care of and were happy.”
