“I was very excited to find Rosemary, after my original Rover sitter cancelled on me. We did a Meet and Greet beforehand, and Rosemary was so warm and friendly. I immediately felt at ease, and assured that the dogs would be in good hands. From beginning to end, Rosemary was very communicative, responded quickly, and followed up when she said she would. She sent updates and pics of how the dogs were doing during their stay. Rosemary understood the needs of our dogs. We will definitely use Rosemary in the future. Our 5 month old puppy Sophie had an absolute blast staying with Jennifer, her family, and her dogs. Jennifer even sent me a few videos of Sophie running and playing with their puppy and older dog. My worries were put to ease when we arrived for drop off and there was a decorated chalk board outside saying “Welcome Sophie”. That little personalized thoughtful touch nearly made me tear up.
