About: While I don’t currently have any pets of my own, I have experience dog sitting for family and friends pets. I work from home and am able to take your furry friend out and about for potty breaks throughout the work day. After work I love taking long walks through the city and I can’t wait to have company if your pet is up for it! About: Hi! I love dogs, and I bet you do, too. I have been dogsitting for friends and professional contacts for 15 years across multiple countries. I have one dog, Aubie, a sweet Australian Shepherd. Your dog will be the only visitor in my home so they are guaranteed a ratio of 1 adult and 1 friendly dog playmate. I take my active dog for several walks per day, give him backyard playtime, and make sure he gets plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. I have a cute and cozy home with plenty of space to hang out indoors, including an ADU. My backyard is completely fenced, secured, and escape proof. A large part of the backyard is covered, so we can hang outside even when it’s a little rainy. My dog is very social and sweet and has zero possession over food or toys. (He does like to bark hello!) Your dog will thrive in my home if they enjoy the company of other dogs, calm adults, a Montessori-with-boundaries approach to dog care, and leisurely walks around leafy Concordia. I mostly work from a laptop on the couch, the kitchen island, the bed, or my backyard, so when I’m not playing with your pup they will be still have access to cuddles and company.

About: As a dog owner of my own for 8 years and growing up with pets, I know how important it is to find someone who will care for your pets like they’re family. Thats me! I will care for your animals like they are my own and will always strive to give them a positive encounter. I have experience with senior dogs as well as puppies (around 3 weeks old and up). I know sometimes extra care is needed and will always prioritize their comfort and well being. Additionally, I am good with shy and/or skittish dogs and know how to help them feel safe while showing them I am trustworthy and gentle. My experience with cats is about 10 years. I am currently in school which helps my schedule be decently flexible. Most of my classes are online so I can be home with dogs the majority of the day! My dog, Sage, is a thriving child of divorce and is with her Dad until August. If your dog is staying with me, I have a fenced area in the condo units where I live. Condo is single story. There are several parks close by, including the Alberta Park Dog Off Leash Area which is not fenced. If you are comfortable and your dog has good recall to me, I can take your dog there, too. If they prefer to be leashed the whole time, other parks are close and we will have just as much fun! If I am picking your dog up to walk and return to your home, I will take the utmost care to be gentle and respectful of your animal and home. It can be strange for animals to have someone new in their space and I will make sure they know I am a safe person. If pet parents are amenable, I usually have small training treats I give my dog on walks and can do the same for your dog! I have experience ranging from very young puppies to senior dogs as well as post surgery care.

Susanna had multiple walks each day and plenty of outdoor time in the big back yard. She also lounged on the couch cuddling with Lindsay....what could be better?! We were updated via text and photo which made us feel even better about her placement. When we picked her up after our trip Lindsay bent down to say goodbye and Susanna gave her a sweet lick on the face...so dear. We will happily use Lindsay and Ernie again. Thank you!”
