🐾 Hi! I’m Monica — lifelong dog lover, experienced sitter, and proud dog mom to two pups: Max, my sweet 15-year-old shih-poo, and Moses, my younger, active wirehaired pointing griffon who keeps us both on our toes. Max is incredibly chill and snoozes most of the day (until it’s meal or treat time!), while Moses is my adventure buddy for hikes, neighborhood walks, and zoomies at the dog park. He loves hanging with other dogs, so sitting is a great way for us to bring more pup friends into our routine. I’ve cared for senior dogs, high-energy pups, and everything in between. I’m comfortable administering medication, supporting post-surgery recovery, and managing hot spots or sensitivities with patience and attention. Your dog’s routines, quirks, and preferences matter to me — just let me know what they need to feel safe, loved, and happy. My home has a fenced yard and a covered porch for pups who enjoy lounging in the fresh air. I also live close to several dog parks and can take your dog on outings, park visits, or slow sniff-walks depending on their style. I work from home the majority of the time, so your pup will get tons of attention throughout the day. I offer dog walking, check-ins, feedings, sitting, and boarding, and I treat every pup like my own. I can’t wait to welcome your best friend into our little pack! ❤️🐾

Monica was able to help me out with care for 2 dogs at the last minute! She was able to take them for walks and put up with my dog's nervous stomach, and we appreciated her help so much. Her dogs are very sweet and she sent multiple updates over three days. Great sitter and would recommend to anyone!

Monica was so friendly and accommodating. She asked all about my dogs specific needs and was so attentive to her. I felt completely confident leaving Midge with her and her pups. Midge had such a fun day and is a tired and content pup afterwards.

Monica took great care of my dog! She made sure that both my and her dogs were comfortable before the stay. She worked within my desired time and she was in tune with my dogs needs. She also lives close to a grassy spot for close by potty breaks. I will definitely use her services in the future!

Monica was great with my Sadie! She was flexible, reliable, responsible, trustworthy, friendly, and just a very nice person to be around! She has two wonderful dogs. I know I can trust her with my dog at any time, and I am glad to have met her! Highly recommended! Thank you Monica!

Schedule

I work from home the majority of the week, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention, supervision, and mid-day breaks. My mornings and afternoons naturally include dog walks, outside time, enrichment activities, and play sessions with my own pups, Max and Moses — so adding an extra furry friend fits seamlessly into our rhythm. I also keep a predictable routine around feeding, potty breaks, and check-ins throughout the day, which helps all dogs feel comfortable and settled. Even on the occasional days I’m in the office, I’m only a quick 30-minute max ride from home but typically wouldn’t book if I have to go into office

Safety, trust & environment

Safety and trust are always my top priorities. In my home, dogs have access to a fully fenced yard and a covered porch for fresh-air lounging. Indoors, I keep a clean, pet-friendly space with no hazards within reach, and I pay close attention to each dog’s comfort level when it comes to toys, feeding arrangements, and interactions with my two pups. I follow each pet parent’s routines closely — feeding schedules, medication instructions, crate preferences, bedtime habits, and any special accommodations. I’m also very mindful about monitoring chewing tools, bones, or enrichment toys to make sure pups are using them safely and aren’t at risk of choking or ingesting pieces that break off. If your dog has specific chew item preferences or sensitivities, just let me know. For senior pups or pets with medical needs, I keep a slower pace and monitor them closely for changes in behavior or comfort. In a client’s home, I maintain the same thoughtful approach — respecting your space, following house rules, and giving pets calm, consistent care so they feel secure while you’re away. Whether your dog is energetic, anxious, social, or independent, I adjust my care to match what makes them feel safe and happy.

A typical day

A typical day depends entirely on your dog’s personality and needs, but it often includes: I’m an early riser.. 6:30/7am Morning walks or potty breaks Sniffing adventures around the neighborhood in 15-20 min increments Playtime in the yard Quiet cuddle time for the pups who prefer a slower pace Dog park visits - if this is ok with dog Hikes that are dog friendly Car rides! Hide and go seek (body and treats) Optional outings to nearby dog parks or nature trails Photos for the gram of course High-energy pups get plenty of movement, while senior dogs or low-energy pups get cozy rest, gentle strolls, and lots of affection. My goal is always to make sure your dog feels stimulated, relaxed, and loved throughout the day.
