About: Animals have been part of my life for as long as I can remember, and I’ve never let myself go without having a dog. For over 25 years I’ve cared for pets of all ages, breeds, and temperaments - puppies through seniors, anxious rescues, and high-energy dogs. Your animal is part of my family while they’re here, not just a guest and I genuinely enjoy having more dogs around, as does my dog! I’m in SW Portland with my Greater Swiss Mountain Dog Layla, and I provide you with updates so you can actually relax while you’re away. I work mostly from home, which means plenty of outdoor breaks and consistent supervision throughout the day. My Greater Swiss Mountain Dog, Layla, is two years old, easygoing, and great with all sizes — she just loves having a friend around. My kids (11 and 14) are here half the time and are natural animal lovers, so your pet will have no shortage of company and attention. About: I have grown up with all kinds of pets and comfortable with dogs and cats of all sizes and temperaments. I would love to have the opportunity to care for your beloved pet as if they were my own! I would enjoy taking them for walks or to the park to play and will of course send updates of our fun along the way. I also have experience with senior dogs and dogs that need medications. I often work from home, and if not my office is only 5 minutes away so your pet will have consistent supervision and company! I often work from home, Sunday - Tuesday. On Mondays I work in the office (located 5 min away). I am off and available all day Wednesday-saturday. I have a fenced yard with lots of space for dogs to run and play. I love playing with dogs, taking them on walks/hikes, and to the dog park near by.

About: Hi there! My name is Paul and I'd love to take care of your pets! I'm experienced with both cats and dogs, and am excited to gain experience with other animals as well. I grew up on an alpaca farm near Seattle, and we always had at least one dog around the farm that I would take care of. I became the go - to kid for dog sitting in the neighborhood and did so for 4-5 neighbors for around 6 years. In high school, my mom got back into dog breeding and showing, so I have experience taking care of show dogs as well. Now, I live with my fiance and our cat Hot Wheels. We had a senior cat named Herbie who had since passed. During his later years he needed specialized care, which has given me experience in administering medication, assisting with subcutaneous fluid injections, and feeding a special med - filled diet. I work from 9am-5:30pm M-F, and am willing to be flexible to support morning, evening, and weekend visits! I'm currently working full time M-F 9am-5:30pm. Willing to be flexible for morning, evening, and weekend visits! I have reliable transportation, and am willing to drive to you. I will treat your pets space better than my own! I will make sure to take great care of your pets in your home, and leave the space better than I found it!

I’m also an experienced dog sitter, notably one elderly dog with various health issues. I’m a university student home for the summer and loves animals.
