Ellen sent me daily updates that were very thorough so I could gauge how my cat was acting and he warmed up to her within a day or so. She knew his quirks and needs and she outdid herself when it came to cleaning litter and food chores. She is such a kind person and I didn't worry once during my trip - it was such a relief! Christopher was an excellent communicator, letting me know before entering and sending nice, descriptive messages about how Mr Grayson was doing, along with pictures each time. He even emptied the AC so that Grayson would stay cool during the heat wave. We are so grateful!
Tanja was so professional, flexible and most importantly caring! My cats were not only fed and watered, but given love, scritches, brushies and play time. My shy cat even finally came out to say hi! She went above and beyond in helping out and cleaning up messes. Tanja took diligent notes, followed my instructions carefully, and communicated with us the entire time we were gone! Abeni was the perfect cat sitter. Sent videos and photos of my cat. Fed him and cleaned his book and cleaned up afterwards. Everything was exactly what you would hope for. But even more than all that, it felt really clear to me that she was a great presence for our cat while gone. She was very loving and attentive and I fully trusted our cat to be well looked after and loved while I was gone. There's really nothing at all she could have done to improve. Excellent sitter. You can travel knowing that your animal is well taken care of.
