So, if you're looking for a sitter who genuinely loves animals now is the perfect time to book! 🌟 A little more about me: If you took a peek at my phone’s photo album, you’d probably notice that about 97% of the pictures are of animals.. mostly my cat and my friends’ pets! I grew up surrounded by animals.. chickens, squirrels, birds, cats, dogs, and even horses to name a few.. so moving into the city and suddenly not having a whole animal crew around me was quite a shock. Not long after, I adopted two very cuddly cats while volunteering at a cat shelter. Since then, animals have continued to be a big part of my life, and I genuinely love getting to know each pet’s unique personality when we meet. When I care for your pets, my goal is simple: to give them the same attention, affection, and reliability that I would want for my own. I have experience with shy animals who need patience, energetic pets who love to play, and elderly companions who appreciate a slower pace and gentle care. You can always expect regular photo updates and messages while you're away so you can relax knowing how your pet is doing. I also make it a priority to respect your pet’s routine and help them feel safe, comfortable, and loved in your absence. My hope is that you come home to happy, relaxed pets.. and complete peace of mind while you’re away. I look forward to meeting you and your animal companion! 🐾 I typically work 9a-5p Saturday-Tuesdays, with availability before or after those hours and open anytime Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. There's some flexibility with this schedule too so if there are needs outside what is listed please reach out and we can see if other hours would work too! When caring for pets in either my home or a client’s home, my priority is helping them feel safe, comfortable, and as close to their normal routine as possible. I start by learning about each pet’s habits, personality, and needs... feeding schedules, exercise routines, favorite toys, medications if needed, and anything that helps them feel secure. Some pets want lots of playtime and stimulation, while others prefer calm companionship, and I adapt my care to what makes them happiest. In a client’s home, I’m very respectful of both the space and the pet’s routine so things feel familiar while you’re away. For pets staying with me, I create a calm, cozy environment with plenty of attention, affection, and supervised play. I also believe communication is really important, so I send regular photo updates and messages so you can see how your pet is doing and have peace of mind while you're away. My goal is always for you to come home to a happy, relaxed pet who felt well cared for the entire time. 🐾
