“Corinne is awesome! From the first meet and greet, she was eager to learn how to care for both of my labs, even down to how their harnesses fit. She was flexible with a schedule change at the last minute and provided excellent company for my dogs on a walk while I was out of town. Her knowledge, care and attention to detail is unmatched. I look forward to continue booking with Corinne!”

About: I was a professional petsitter for many years before pursuing a career as a biologist. Now I have a few different biology degrees, but I've missed working with companion animals. I currently work remotely with a flexible schedule, and pet sit on the side. My ultimate goal is to help pets and their parents feel at ease while apart. I have extensive experience in companion animal jobs, including working at a veterinary clinic, a humane society, and a dog wash. I’m also a volunteer foster parent for the Oregon Humane Society, and have several of my own pets. I can administer medication, shots, and subcutaneous fluids. The majority of my previous charges were small companion animals such as dogs and cats, but I have also worked with larger farm animals, including horses, goats, and chickens. I am happy to take care of any species or breed! My house-sitting services also include bringing in mail and watering plants. My WFH schedule is very flexible, with occasional meetings to work around, so I can do drop-ins and walks within time ranges that suit your pet's needs. I am always aware of pets behavior and surroundings to ensure they can't escape or encounter harm in their environment. It is important to me to treat both my client's pets as if they were my own, as well as respect other people's homes.

“Grace is wonderful and we are lucky to have her spend time with our pup. Our pup is all wags and kisses when they meet, time and time again.”

About: Hello! I’ve had the joy of owning both cats and dogs throughout my life, and I’m experienced in caring for pets of all ages. I’ve had the opportunity to stay overnight with both cats and dogs, ensuring they feel safe and loved in their own environment. As the owner of a semi-feral rescue cat, I’ve learned how to work with anxious and scared animals to help them feel secure. I also have experience caring for elderly dogs, including administering special feeding, insulin injections, and seizure medication. I currently work from home full-time and have a very flexible schedule. I can work remotely from anywhere with Wifi if I need to be at a clients home, or am available for walks and check-ins throughout the day. For the comfort of my own cats, I would only care for animals in the clients home, or in good weather, in my fenced back yard. In a clients home I stick to the pets familiar routine as much as possible, ensuring they receive the kind of attention and care they are familiar with.

“Very prompt, and my dog got quite a long walk in half an hour.”

About: I'm a former puppy and kitty foster parent and have done pet sitting ever since I was in high-school. I've done quick check-ins while parents were out golfing to in-house stays for 14 days+. Recently, I've been walking my friends and coworkers dogs (while maintaining their training), and have added dog runs! I've always loved animals (I have two foster fails of my own) and love making sure they're well cared for! I currently work a full time job but have time in the early mornings and evenings as well as the weekends. Depending on your schedule, I will find time! I always want to stay up to date on your animals habits, training, and special interests. I understand that it's important to keep dog training consistent with what's at home but also their own unique personalities need their own attention!

“Jordan is just as great as his profile states. Our 65lb pittie adores him. He’s conscientious, communicative, and flexible. Highly recommend!”

“Thank you so much! We love being able to always trust that Louis is well taken care of with you.”

“Kat is incredibly caring and great with dogs. Our pup wags her tail and runs to Kat with excitement for her walk. I really appreciate how Kat works with her on things like manners and getting comfortable being away from home.”

“Savannah is THE BEST”

“Kayden was very kind and professional from the start. Our first sitter cancelled forcing us to look for someone last minute. She stepped in with ease and watched our dogs for a week while we were out of the country. We have two huskies and she followed all the directions given to take care of them properly. She was very attentive and made sure to send us many pictures everyday. We were impressed and grateful for the work she put in and will definitely be reaching out in the future.”

About: I’ve been caring for animals for the past 5 years but my passion for them has been all my life! I’m certified in pet first aid/cpr. I have experience caring for peoples pets in many different environments including shelters, daycares, and walking or pet sitting visits! I’m comfortable with pretty much any animal as long as I get some insight from you prior to the visit! I’d love to meet you and your pets and see if I can provide a service for you! I’m currently between jobs trying to find a better fit for myself. So let me help you with any animal needs you require whether it be walking your pup or just checking in on a different pet in the house! I know how to safely use your pups gear whether that be a harness, head halter, etc. I’m also as stated before trained to read your pups body language through the visit to make sure they are enjoying themselves. As for kittys and other pets I’d love you as the owner to give me some pointers on what your pet likes and how I can positively interact with them :) (animals can be moody little critters!)

About: I've been around a variety of dog personalities, shapes, and sizes since I was a young child. Passionate mother of a beagle-mix for the past 7 years. Great at both playing and giving exceptional cuddles! I am currently working from home doing freelance graphic design so I have a very flexible schedule and plenty of free time to take care of good bois and girls. I have a small fenced in yard and a super friendly beagle-mix. I live in a very walkable neighborhood with two different dog parks nearby. Pets are welcome to cuddle on the couch and bed :)

About: I'm a lifetime dog lover, and also a pet parent to a senior dog with separation anxiety. I know how hard it can be to leave your dog with someone new, because I've had to do it myself. So I want to be that safe place for your pup. I have been dogsitting for almost a decade now--mostly for friends and family staying at their house or making drop in visits until I moved to Portland a couple years ago. I recently moved into my own home and would love to get back to dogsitting and provide a safe place for pets to stay. My home is dog-friendly with a fully fenced yard that dogs are never in without supervision. I work full time from home and my partner and I will ensure your dog is never left alone during their stay, especially if they have separation anxiety. I have one dog, a Boston terrier named Bubbles, who loves the company of other dogs and makes a good pal, but would not be a suitable play companion for a larger, more active dog. I love and accept all adult dogs, but senior dogs really have my heart. I'm well versed in caring for seniors, happy to take care of their special needs, and am able to administer meds if needed. My senior dog Bubbles also shares my home and enjoys the company of other dogs without the need to play, and is respectful of others' space. I am self-employed and work from home full time, so I'm able to customize my pet care schedule to your dog's needs. This generally includes lots of trips outside to the yard, some play time and treats, and a walk when the weather is nice. Any pets that stay with us are a part of the family. They will get to enjoy all the comforts our home has to offer, whether that means their own spot for their bed on the floor or taking up residence on the couch with us. As a parent of a dog with separation anxiety, I take it seriously and will be sure not to leave your dog alone throughout their stay.

About: I have had animals in my care for as long as I can remember - hamsters, guinea pigs, bunnies, and dogs. I am familiar with reactive dogs because my current companion is reactive. My friends and family have entrusted me with their loved ones that include a variety of dog breeds, sizes and temperament, a clowder (a group of cats), and a skinny pig! I am currently in between career changes so I am available 7 days of the week and can adapt to your schedule. I have my own transportation and a large enough vehicle to safely travel in between play dates, visits, potty breaks, etc. I am very patient with animals and understand that each has a unique way of living, resting, playing, feeding, etc. I know how to safely play for physical activity, how to engage mental exercises and how to read body language/vocal cues.

“Joseph is punctual, caring and pays attention to detail. The dogs love him! We are lucky to have found him and entrust our beloved animals to his care.”

About: Grew up on in small town Iowa, needless to say lots of animals and always a dog or two running around. We love our dogs, they are part of the family like everyone else. I am very active with my poochies, always working on training and manners, mushroom hunting, scent training, but having fun and going on adventures while doing so. I am working from home and really build my own schedule able to work around most puppies needs. Multiple walks through out the day, hikes and playtime at local parks. We have a nice puppy proof backyard with doggy door for them to pop in an out if they desire. im around to teach them how it works or just open the door for them if the doggy door is a bit daunting. We usually go on walks/runs/nature time a few times a day. In a clients home its all about what the needs are for the dog and the owner.
