He took the time to come by beforehand to meet both dogs and even walked my feisty little dog ahead of my trip—which made all of us feel comfortable right away. While I was away, Kieran kept me at ease with regular check-ins, photos, and quick responses whenever I had questions. I came home to two very happy dogs—and a house that looked exactly the same as I left it, which I truly appreciate. There was even a five-hour power outage while I was gone, and he handled it without a single complaint. On top of that, Kieran made sure my plants were watered during a stretch of 90-degree weather—definitely going above and beyond. Kieran has such a calm, easygoing demeanor, and I felt completely secure having them in my home. I will absolutely be hiring Kieran again and look forward to working with them throughout the coming year.”
