“We recently hired Kay to petsit overnight in our home for 8 days while we were out of state for business and vacation. She did an absolutely fantastic job taking care of our 2 dogs, a younger male Samoyed and a senior, special needs female Siberian Husky, 2 senior male cats, and 4 male cockatiel birds. Our Siberian Husky also required the administration of daily oral medications. Kay kept in daily communication with us regarding the status of our dogs, cats, and birds, sent us daily photos of our pets, and promptly responded to any of our questions, concerns, or inquiries. Our pets appeared calm, relaxed, and happy in the photos Kay sent to us. Kay also went above and beyond her petsitting duties by bringing in several large packages that were delivered to our home, coordinating access to our home for an outside service vendor, and leaving our house in a clean and orderly manner upon our return. Kay was a pleasure to work with, is responsible and mature, takes her responsibilities seriously, and exudes a true love, joy, and compassion for taking care of animals. Kay definitely put our minds at ease while we were on our trip knowing that our fur and feather babies were getting lots of attention and excellent care during our absence. TL;DR: Capable, punctual, reliable, communicative. Noah made me feel very at ease leaving my babies. My previous sitter retired and I had to do the challenging task of finding someone new. I have a small terrier who is easy. But, I have a 92lb mastiff puppy who’s afraid of everything and very strong. He made great efforts to get in her good graces. I was initially concerned how she’d react to a male but he was by far the quickest to earn her trust of all the interviewees. He stayed at my place for 4 days and 3 nights and when I returned, my babies seemed healthy and happy and no worse for the wear. Aside from taking great care of the pups, Noah was communicative, flexible, and pleasant to work with. He left our house it perfect condition. I highly recommend him with the exception that I don’t want to have to compete for his time!
We had several schedule changes leading up to our dates, and she was incredibly accommodating and flexible throughout. Communication was prompt, clear, and professional every step of the way. We really appreciated how easy she made everything and would happily book again! Pretzel will be thrilled to go for a run with Catherine.
Madeline could not have been more excellent! I felt so comfortable leaving my cat Sunday and apartment in her hands while I was out of state for a week. She made sure to send me pictures and updates daily and left the apartment clean upon my return. She was professional, kind, and loving to my cat! I will definitely book her again in the future!
This was the fourth or fifth time Sadie took care of my pets and my home. My pets absolutely love spending time with Sadie, and I can sense their disappointment when I arrive instead - I suspect that only pet owners understand the joy of being a disappointment when they return. Sadie is also an excellent communicator, and I trust her completely.
