About: I grew up on a farm, so I’ve been taking care of animals most my life. I am a trusted and reliable pet sitter/friend for many of my friends and family. I do not have pets currently, so this fills my animal cup 💕. I’m currently working from home, so have plenty of time to be with your pet during the week, evenings and weekends. My schedule is flexible so we can get great play and walk time in. I live in an apartment that is safe and secure. While I don’t have a yard, this just means more walks and time playing at the park. I can crate pets as needed, but prefer they have the space to be comfortable in my place. I have a 13yo who is with me part time but is comfortable with animals.

When I moved into an apartment for college, I missed the "dog energy" in our household and set to volunteering hundreds of hours at the Humane Society, which also included basic training skills and walking the most aggressive 100+lb leash pullers. This later evolved into working at a veterinary clinic where I was trained to monitor recovering animals and administer medications safely and with as little stress as possible through Fear Free certification. “Allen was super accommodating and sent constant updates to us to help us feel comfortable and assured that Pax was happy. Allen has a great outdoor space that has a semi private fenced in dog park where dogs can roam and romp. Thanks Allen! Pax loved it there!”
