About: I grew up on a farm, so I’ve been taking care of animals most my life. I am a trusted and reliable pet sitter/friend for many of my friends and family. I do not have pets currently, so this fills my animal cup 💕. I’m currently working from home, so have plenty of time to be with your pet during the week, evenings and weekends. My schedule is flexible so we can get great play and walk time in. I live in an apartment that is safe and secure. While I don’t have a yard, this just means more walks and time playing at the park. About: Growing up I always had animals, especially dogs and cats! I absolutely adored each and every one. I love animals of all sizes, and treat mine like my children. I will give your baby all the attention, snuggles, and love they want. ( : I commute to Salem Wednesday and Friday, which means my schedule during those days is usually pretty limited to anything after 430pm. Otherwise, my weekends are typically completely free and ready to be filled with whatever your fur babies need! Using the Fear Free method, I work with a pet's body language to determine what will work best in the current situation, and when methods may be effective versus stressful. I am ready to go at your pet's pace with whatever they may need, and clearly communicate the process along the way.

About: I’ve had dogs and cats since I was little. I’ve had experience doing jobs dog sitting, dog walking, dog boarding, cat sitting, and cat boarding since I was 12. About: I was born into a family of German Shepherd lovers, and grew up primarily taking care of our German Shepherds until about 10 years old when we also adopted cats and labradors. Once I graduated college, I adopted an 8 week old Alaskan malamute, who I cared for his entire 11 years of life until he passed just recently this past January. I am not ready to adopt again, but am missing the presence of dogs in my life and looking to fill that space by helping friends, family, neighbors and members of the community with their dog care needs. I am experienced with puppies, high maintenance animals, and especially with large breeds (my boy was 150lbs at a healthy weight and required at least 5 miles of exercise a day). I am kind, caring, uniquely experienced, energetic and reliable. I currently am only working/unavailable late Saturday and Sunday nights, and am extremely active during the week. I have plenty of free time in general. I am respectful to how you’d like your dog to be taken care of in your home and out and about, and also have my own set of everything (leashes, crate, toys, beds, etc) if need be.

“Dahlia and her husband took wonderful care of Bo. He is a high energy dog and can be a bit talkative so it puts some folks off but Dahlia was fantastic and they took him on lots of walks and lots of play time. She sent me pictures multiple times a day and sent me updates which were lovely as one misses their friends when traveling. I will definitely be repeating services!!”
