Since I am home for the summer I assist my disabled parents by feeding and playing with our two dogs in Los Angeles. But when I'm in Portland for college I look after a pigeon, a kitten, several fish, and aquatic snails! Additionally, I am great with animals because I love science, am very patient and loving, and I have a strong stomach so I'm great with cleaning up messes!

I want to know everything that your dog needs to be comfortable and happy! Any likes, dislikes, allergies, favorite treats, or medical requirements for example. I am always willing to give your dog a bath for an additional $10, and I can walk your dog for longer than 30 minutes if they're energetic or go on short walks if they're elderly, so I would like to know if you would like any of those services :)
A typical day
I go on daily runs or walks and love it when I am accompanied by dogs! I love playing games like fetch, hide and seek, and brain exercises with dogs as well! Furthermore, I am a musician and would love to sing or dance around with your pup :) I am a Los Angeles native and know tons of fun parks, neighborhoods, and hiking trails we could go on.

Pet care experience
I've been surrounded by farm animals and domestic pets my whole life and have experience with dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, fish, and therapy animals! I have tons of experience grooming animals, dog sitting for dogs recovering from surgeries, and basic pet care like feeding, giving medication, and playing! I have experience with elderly animals, disabled animals, and have even assisted my dog at her chiropractor appointments! Also, I can give your dog a bath for $1o, my uncle owned a dog grooming business and I have volunteer experience! Additionally, I have volunteered at senior citizen homes and have experience with emotional support animals. I am currently getting my pet pigeon certified to visit people in hospice care!

Lauren was an awesome sitter. She was attentive and patient with our sensitive pets, and made sure each one was getting what they needed. She went above and beyond with unforeseen circumstances, and prioritized our comfort and preferences. I would recommend Lauren to multiple pet households, complex medical needs, and those with sensitive senior dogs.
Lauren was a great pet sitter. Our german shepherd puppy can be a handful, and Lauren handled her perfectly. Our dogs were clearly loved while we were gone, which is exactly what we were looking for. She also had great communication.
Lauren was so good with Jolene and she treated our home like her own!
