Okay so this is my first time ever using Rover. I have used Wag or dropped my girls off at a daycare, but since we just moved to Portland, we didn’t have a set concrete daycare and Wag wasn’t offering me a sitter that fit their schedule. Looking on Rover, there was so many amazing sitters to choose from (especially last minute) but Iona fit with her availability. I cannot emphasize this enough, my girls are my children and Iona went ABOVE AND BEYOND!! She took them to parks, she drove them to a lake/Broughton area, she gave them enrichment’s activities, and the list continues. My girls are a little crazy at points as well and she handled them with grace and poise. Ginger is a lot to handle at times, and she was the calmest I’ve ever seen her when I came back from my trip. Happy, healthy, and hectic girls, they loved her and we will be DEFINITELY using her in the future. She may look like she doesn’t have a lot of reviews, she’s new on this app, and trust me when I say just book with her. She was accommodating, kind, and patient from the start, you won’t be disappointed :)
Kate was great!!!! Kate stayed ant our home to care for our little Boston Terrier for the weekend. She came for a meet an greet prior to her stay. She was communicative and bonded with our Mollie. She was respectful of our home and it was just as we left it. Clean and organized. She was very engaged with Mollie. I’d definitely recommend Kate. Thank you Kate!!! :-)
Q always is so caring with our dogs. We have a lot of care requirements and they always are more than willing to make sure all needs are met. They also make sure to hang out with them a lot which makes Penny and Winston so happy. Highly recommend them for sitting.
Lauren was an amazing Rover sitter! She took wonderful care of our dog, and it was clear from the updates and photos that our pup was happy and comfortable the whole time. We felt completely at ease knowing our dog was in such good hands. We’ll absolutely be booking with Lauren again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring sitter!
Darlene did a great job with our pup. Our dog was in high spirits when we came home, and had apparently been eating regularly (she tends to stop eating when stressed), which indicates to us she was comfortable with Darlene and had a good time. Darlene provided lots of updates and pics throughout our trip. Darlene left the house was immaculate. We are looking forward to having her take care of our dog again in the futue.
MacKenzie was fantastic with our pups and our house. He checks in regularly and sends the cutest pics. House was clean and well taken care of during his stay. Pups were happy and healthy upon our return! It is hard to to leave our dogs on long trips but we felt at ease knowing MacKenzie was taking good care of them.
I feel so lucky to have found Noemi! She took the BEST care of my cats. Everyday, she sent pictures of them and they were doing all the things they love to do. She even brought them treats! When I got home, my apartment was so clean! Loved having Noemi as my cat sitter and will book her every time!
