She took excellent care of our 8-year-old indoor/outdoor tabby, and when we returned from our trip, he was relaxed, happy, and clearly very well loved. She sent us regular updates with photos and videos, spent lots of time playing with him, and even bought him some new toys. It was obvious that the two of them really bonded. She also kept an eye on an old wound he had and was very attentive to his well-being throughout our time away. She truly went above and beyond. When our cat stayed out later than usual, she walked around the neighborhood calling for him until he came home. We really appreciated how seriously she took his safety and how much she clearly cared about him. She has a big heart for animals and a very good understanding of cats. She even had some thoughtful suggestions about where we might place his food and water to make things work even better for him. She took wonderful care of our home as well. Mail and packages were brought inside, our plants were watered, and everything was extremely tidy when we returned. She even left us some fresh blueberries as a welcome-home snack, which was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, we really couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Marie is caring, responsible, communicative, and willing to go the extra mile. She will absolutely be at the top of our list the next time we need a house sitter, and we would recommend her without hesitation.”

I truly couldn’t be happier with Kirby, she took great care of our high-energy Aussie Oliver while we were out of town for 4 days. He had lots of playtime and walks and we came home to a very happy dog with absolutely no anxiety. Kirby was very easy to communicate with before we left about Oliver’s routine and the instructions for the house. She was also a great communicator while we were gone, sending us photos and updates on how they were doing but not too much.
