“Bangyun is a very sweet gal, who took very good care of our senior dog and cat. She provided daily updates and photos. Our senior dog requires additional support since he is diabetic and has incontinence issues. Bangyun was willing to learn how to give him his daily insulin injections, as well as ensuring he wore a diaper while she was away. Our home was left in great shape as well. When coming home, our flight was delayed requiring an additional night of care. Bangyun graciously agreed to stay with our fury friends the additional night. We will definitely use Bangyun again in the future.”

About: What sets me apart is probably my friendly demeanor and ability to go with the flow. I've always loved animals and find they generally like me as well. I have experience administering medication at scheduled times, senior animals, scooping litter boxes just about my whole life, and slow introductions to dogs that need it. I love learning how each animal prefers to spend their time whether that be cuddling up on a couch or chasing after their favorite toys(even if technically "trash" as mine seems to prefer). I love exploring the Portland area and would give your dog all the sniffs they may desire. I love taking pictures and understand the importance of knowing your pet is in safe hands. I have my own cat, so pet care is a daily task for me. He's a very energetic boy, but I love getting big leaps out of him during play time. I care for pets the same way their owner would. They're part of your family; they deserve to feel like it even when you're not there.

About: I already have a lot of experience with animal care, and now that I'm a housesitter, my experience with all kinds of dogs and cats is surging. I grew up with dogs, a long-term pet bird (a cockatiel), and I raised rabbits in rabbit 4H as a child. As an adult, I'd cared for several different cats, dogs, and a rabbit for friends and roommates, even before starting housesitting. I've given pills to dogs and cats, and administered insulin to an elderly cat. Since moving to Oregon in July 2026, my schedule has filled up so fast with several amazing house and pet sits. I'm taking care small dogs, large dogs, calm dogs, and high-energy dogs. I adapt walking strategy to dog's reactivity, according to the owner's guidance and everything else I observe in real time. And if you count your beloved plants as part of the family, I understand. I've got experience caring for those, too! I can take care of your chickens and keep your garden going, no problem. I'm a full-time professional housesitter! That means that I am very flexible to accommodate your pet's usual routine. I work in data annotation, and it's all on my laptop. My work schedule is incredibly flexible. This means I can set up anywhere with wifi, and we'll be good to go! I have pretty extensive gardening knowledge, having taken a large chunk of the WSU home horticulture and master gardener's training program. I've grown a lot of different vegetables and berries, and I can care for flowers and ornamentals, too! I love plants and would very much enjoy spending time in your garden, monitoring plant health and giving good morning waterings, etc.

About: I had a fully booked pet and home sitting business from 2014-2016. I'm experienced with dogs, cats, chickens, and small caged animals, as well as elderly pet care. Medications? No problem! Special needs? Happy to accommodate your pet. Need plant care? I'm a green thumb plant lover too. I work remotely so as long as you have stable wifi, I am able to be present with your pet all day. Occasionally I may leave for errands but mostly I will be there caring for your pet and working on my laptop. I prefer to come to your home, as there is an elderly chihuahua at my home who needs her space. I have stellar references from repeat clients who have been happy to return to a tidy home and a happy pet.
