“Don took amazing care of our pup, Indigo, while we were out of town. It's always nerve wracking to leave your dog with someone new, but during our meet and greet we could tell that he was extremely caring and would make her feel at home. We received pictures multiple times a day which made us feel at ease. Don and his wife took Indigo on walks, played with her, and even gave her a warm blanket for her bed. They really got to know her and treated her like their own. We could enjoy our vacation knowing that Indigo was in safe and caring hands. Makenna was awesome. She was so flexible with my last minute booking for my little pup. Her apartment was clean and set up for a little one. She was communicative and spent time with my dog prior to watching him for the first time and let him warm up to her. She was very calm and gentle in her approach. She sent photos during my trip and let me know how he was doing because he’s a pretty anxious dog. I was able to enjoy my trip being confident he was well taken care of.
Our old girl is a special needs, senior dog that needs extra care. Jocelyn did an amazing job taking care of her and bringing her on walks in the doggie stroller. Abbey loves spending time with Jocelyn and her sweet doggies. Abbey was so relaxed and comfortable when I picked her up, it was clear that she’s one of the pack. And the adorable photos that we received during our trip was an absolute delight. Thank you for always taking such great care of our sweet Abbey, we are eternally grateful. ❤️
What an amazing couple! They set up a time for us to get the dogs acquainted and meet first, which I love. I received updates, pictures, and feedback on Henny behaving so well 😊. I will definitely book again and maybe even make it a routine. Their dogs are well trained, and very sweet! They also have a safe space for the dogs to free roam to get outside without fear of running in the road. I can tell they’re pros!
True was great with my pup, Ozzy. She took the time to do a meet and greet before hand to make sure all of our dogs would get along, showed me her space, and was very communicative throughout. She sent me pics and videos, and had great communication with pick-up. I would highly recommend True to anyone looking for a sitter for their small dog!
Julian took great care of our anxious dog Moby. Moby is slow to warm up to people but by the time we picked Moby up after our trip, he was clearly comfortable in Julian's home. Julian communicated well, followed our instructions closely and was well organized. He paid a lot of attention to Moby which made all the difference in the world. Other times when we had to leave Moby at home, Moby returned home distraught and unpredictable. After Julian Moby transitioned home perfectly. We credit the attention and love that Julian provide to Moby for such as excellent experience. We will definitely use Julian again.
Rover is a fussy dog and maybe a little spoiled. Juan was courteous and thoughtful and contacted us when Rover's physical conditions and behaviors would change. He kept us updated with Rover's progress until they subsided. Rover was a bit distant at the beginning, which is our dog's nature, Juan was able to draw her out of her shell and became more interested in paying with Juan and he earned her affection. We will use Juan for our next trip where we cannot bring Rover.
