“Holland did a fantastic job caring for our new puppy. She communicated with me before, during, and after the visit. I arrived home to a very happy dog who no longer bites at my fingers! Thank you Holland. Highly recommend!”

“Omar was a house sitter for our dog and cat on relatively short notice due to a sudden death of a close relative. Omar was flexible and communicated very well with us. We greatly appreciated the morning and evening pictures of both pets. Highly recommended and we will be a repeat customer.”

“Tabatha was fantastic! I had to go out of town to deal with sick family, and needed to not worry about my pets. Tabatha made everything so easy and took great care of my dog and cat. Will definitely be booking with her again.”

“We couldn’t be happier with the care Jenny provided! She was responsible, attentive, and truly empathetic with our two dogs, making them feel safe and loved while we were away. She also took excellent care of our home and was incredibly respectful of our space. We especially appreciated the thoughtful daily updates and how responsive she was throughout the stay. She even went out of her way to ship something we had forgotten at home—above and beyond in every way. Highly recommend!”

“Mark is the reliable, kind dog sitter of my dreams... And Daisy's! She's always indifferent when I get home which means I know she's had a blast when I'm gone. Thanks, Mark!”

“Timothy did a wonderful job looking after our dog Junie during Thanksgiving. He was extremely communicative and sent us update messages and pictures of Junie throughout the trip. He also took her on a lot of walks and outings and played and cuddled with her to keep her engaged. He left our place extremely clean when he left and we would happily have him over again to look after Junie.”

“Charlie house sat for us for a week. He took amazing care of our cat and dog. Charlie was very professional and an excellent communicator. When we got home, the pets were happy and the house was immaculate. I highly recommend Charlie for pet sitting. We'll be using his services again!”

“Tsaitami did a great job with our pets. Emma (the rarely-sighted cat) came out for hugs and bedtime, Eli and Josie survived storms with her. “Jason did a great job housesitting for us and watching our dog. He reached out a ton with pictures and updates so we knew our dog was doing well. Our flight was delayed and he was flexible adding on extra time so we knew that if we ended up delayed again, our dog would be safe. Thanks Jason!”

“Marianna is a dog whisperer! One of our dogs suffered an injury while we were out of town and Marianna took amazing care of him. She went above and beyond and we felt very reassured knowing they were in such good hands.”

“Abigail (Lingshan) did a wonderful job of taking care of Ziva. She sent photos and description of their walks together. And descriptions were personalized and you can tell she enjoyed taking care of our dog. Would definitely recommend her!”

“Aubree was a wonderful pet sitter. She came to our house and took care of our cat Meow Meow, and dog Pippin. Pippin is older and Aubree was extremely kind and gentle with him. My cat has never come out to greet any person who has entered my home in the entire 5 years I have lived here. By the end of the 2nd day she was snuggling and playing with Aubree like they were old friends. I was so thrilled, I'm also convinced that she is the pet whisperer. She sent photos every day and sent detailed reports. Aubree was quick to answer any questions and tell me about any concerns with the pets. I cannot recommend her enough and will definitely be booking her again. Knowing my pets had someone as conscious as Aubree made me feel at ease and comfortable being away from home. Excellent experience all around.”

North Bethesda pet parents share their Rover experiences
We had an excellent experience with Helena while she stayed in our home with our 10-year-old lab, Tessa. She was incredibly respectful, communicative, and thoughtful throughout our entire long weekend away. When our keypad door lock unexpectedly failed, she handled the situation calmly and resourcefully, adapting to a plan B without missing a beat. I felt completely at ease knowing Tessa and our home were in such capable hands. Truly a wise dog woman — I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for reliable, caring in-home dog sitting. Will be using again!

Eileen house sat for our 2 cats for 4 nights while we were out of town, and we were very happy with her work; everything went smoothly and Morty and Bokki seemed completely relaxed and comfortable around her, which was great to see. We came home and everything was clean and in order, and Morty and Bokki were in good health. I couldn't have asked for a smoother experience, and I highly recommend her.

Kirsten took excellent care of our large puppy while we were out of town. It was the first time that we left him overnight and she made sure that he was comfortable with her before we left town. She checked in and sent photos. He administered his medicine and took him on neighborhood walks. I can’t say enough about what a thoughtful and caring person she is. Thank you, Kirsten!

Omar was so thoughtful, sending us photos of our pup on a daily basis. He did a meet and greet with her/us to make sure everyone was comfortable before the actual sitting dates. Our dog took to him very easily and we were immediately reassured all would be fine while we were gone. He was very responsive to our questions and took care of our house as well, ensuring mail/packages we received were brought in and stored. Would definitely recommend using him/them for your needs.

Yuandi is such a caring and reliable sitter. Tuffi is a very senior cat. With Yuandi I know she will be well cared for and loved. I really appreciated the pictures and notes Yuandi sent me after every visit. They let me know Tuffi's in good hands. I can't recommend her enough.

Jason was great! He took great care of our pets and was very communicative throughout the whole process. He sent us plenty of pictures and updates and even checked with us to make sure we made it home safely. I would definitely ask him to sit for us again and highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a pet sitter

It’s always hard to leave my pups but Sarah made it easy. This was our first time using Sarah’s services. She stayed in our home while we were vacationing watching our 2 dogs. She sent pictures every day. Our dogs were happy and the house was just as we left it upon our return. We would definitely use Sarah again. Thanks Sarah
Monica was wonderful with our 5-year-old Staffy! She came to meet him twice before the first sitting, took detailed notes, and asked thoughtful questions to make sure she understood his routine. Throughout her visits, she kept us updated with photos and nightly summaries, which gave us great peace of mind. We could tell our pup was happy and well cared for — highly recommend Monica!

Min is an absolutely excellent sitter!! She was able to watch Lily with very short notice after our previous sitter had to cancel and was comfortable administering oral medication after an unexpected pre-vacation emergency vet visit. Lily was in great hands and Min made sure she got in a ton of exercise, too. We were so grateful to have someone so capable, kind, and communicative while we were out of town. We will definitely book with Min again and highly recommend!
