She was thorough, asked thoughtful questions, took photos and notes, and walked us through exactly what she would do while we were away. She paid attention to the little details about each of our three cats, and I left the meeting feeling genuinely at ease about leaving them in her care. That is not a feeling I have had easily with other sitters. All three cats were immediately comfortable with her, which was remarkable in itself. While we were away, she kept us updated with photos and videos that we could look at whenever we had the time. There was never any pressure to respond or manage things from a distance. We were able to focus on our family and what we had traveled for, knowing our cats were being well cared for. What impressed us most was coming home to three very content, relaxed cats. They honestly seemed to be getting along better with each other than we have ever seen them. There was no sense that they had simply been fed and checked on. They seemed comfortable, cared for, and genuinely happy. If you are looking for someone who is attentive, organized, communicative, and truly understands cats, I cannot recommend her enough. She gave us something incredibly valuable during a difficult trip: complete confidence that our cats were in excellent hands. We will absolutely use her again.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Helena the care Emilie and Bruno received while we were in Italy. From the very beginning, I felt completely at ease leaving them with someone I trusted to love and care for them as if they were her own. She sent frequent photos and updates, which gave me such peace of mind while we were away. It truly felt like a lifelong friend was staying with my kids. She also took exceptional care of our home, bringing in the mail, watering, and handling every little detail without our having to worry about a thing. At the end of her stay, she coordinated with my mother to ensure a smooth and seamless handoff. Everything went perfectly, and Helena was an absolute delight to work with. Leidy was great! She was responsive and helped us out several weekends in a row. She sent cute pictures and updated us each day. We could tell how comfortable our dog and kitty were with her. It's so nice to know our pets were in such good hands! We'll definitely contact Leidy for petsitting again.
Alexander did a great job while catsitting and housesitting! He was appropriately communicative -- not too much, not too little -- and my cat looked very relaxed and at ease in all of the photos he sent. I appreciated that he asked appropriate questions during our meet and greet, helping me to fill in details of my cat's care and where to find things in the house that I might have otherwise forgotten to mention. I returned home to a tidy place and a happy cat!
Ashira is just wonderful. My 13 year old blind dog isn’t always keen on new people - but the moment Ashira walked in the door, Tracker went right to her! Tracker has special needs with respect to walking and medication and Ashira handled that all perfectly. Tracker was happy and so well cared for it has really eased our mind about going away and we will be booking with Ashira again! Also, my house was cleaner than when I left it!
