I like to bring a calm, loving, assertive disposition to dogs--bonding with them beginning with good exercise. After which, I allow them to stroll at their own pace and share with them the level of attention they desire. For cats, I respect their space as they wish and am available to play or give them attention. I always look forward to giving any animal cuddles as well as respecting their space.

Ashira is just wonderful. My 13 year old blind dog isn’t always keen on new people - but the moment Ashira walked in the door, Tracker went right to her! Tracker has special needs with respect to walking and medication and Ashira handled that all perfectly. Tracker was happy and so well cared for it has really eased our mind about going away and we will be booking with Ashira again! Also, my house was cleaner than when I left it!

Ashira has always shown a special relationship with all creatures, especially the furry 4 legged kind. She has pet sat with our babies on multiple occasions and we always know that they are in the best of hands. This includes 3 dogs and a cat. It makes our time, away from home so much less stressful. There is NEVER a question of her dedication to their well being. She is always punctual and conscientious . . We give her 5 stars out of 5. THE BEST.
Ashira has been pet and housesitting for our family for more than a decade. We have always had pets, traditional and otherwise. We call her the animal whisperer because of how the animals respond to her. We can rely on her keeping to a sometimes complicated schedule. She is gentle and calm with them. She is a trusted person for our home and animals—we highly recommend her.
Ashira is one of those rare people you feel instantly at ease with--she's warm, attentive, and clearly truly loves animals. Our pets always comes back happy and well care for, and Ashira keeps a close eye on their needs and routines. She's also great at communicating, so we never feel left out wondering how everything's going or whether our pets are comfortable. Ashira has been watching my two big guys, Whiskey and Bourbon, for a couple years. They love her and literally come running to the door to greet her. (A big deal because Bourbon hides in the basement from almost everyone.) I appreciate that when I’m not there I can trust that they’re in great hands.
