We had to travel unexpectedly for a funeral, and from the very beginning, she made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier, without even knowing everything we were dealing with. Her meet-and-greet immediately stood out from experiences we’ve had with other sitters. She was thorough, asked thoughtful questions, took photos and notes, and walked us through exactly what she would do while we were away. She paid attention to the little details about each of our three cats, and I left the meeting feeling genuinely at ease about leaving them in her care. That is not a feeling I have had easily with other sitters. All three cats were immediately comfortable with her, which was remarkable in itself. While we were away, she kept us updated with photos and videos that we could look at whenever we had the time. There was never any pressure to respond or manage things from a distance. We were able to focus on our family and what we had traveled for, knowing our cats were being well cared for. What impressed us most was coming home to three very content, relaxed cats. They honestly seemed to be getting along better with each other than we have ever seen them. There was no sense that they had simply been fed and checked on. They seemed comfortable, cared for, and genuinely happy. If you are looking for someone who is attentive, organized, communicative, and truly understands cats, I cannot recommend her enough. She gave us something incredibly valuable during a difficult trip: complete confidence that our cats were in excellent hands. We will absolutely use her again.

Fantastic job - Yuandi took excellent care of my senior cat on very short notice over a holiday weekend. I am extremely satisfied and will absolutely attempt to book Yuandi again in the future.

We had a wonderful experience with Yuandi. She was communicative, attentive, and clearly very experienced with cats. From the photos and videos she shared, I could tell that my cat felt completely comfortable with her, which gave me a lot of peace of mind while I was away. I’ll definitely be booking with Yuandi again in the future and would highly recommend her to other cat owners.

Yuandi did a wonderful job taking care of my cat. My cat is very shy with new people but Yuandi was able to make her feel comfortable, and by the end of the visit my cat loved her! Yuandi was also very communicative and followed my instructions. She was great!

Yuandi always provides such loving care to my cats. She's reliable and sends me updates and pictures for each visit. I can enjoy my vacation knowing they're in her care.
