“Julie is so great with our pups, they seem to really love her. She’s attentive to us as well, providing photos and updates, so I always felt in the loop while we were away.”

“Helene was great with our older poodles when we went away from Dec 30th-Jan 4th. Constantly was in communication with us on how they were doing and texting pictures. Will deff book again!”

“Julianne is fantastic! We came home to two very happy and content cats. She kept us informed on them and was very in tune with their routines quickly. She learned how to and gave insulin shots to one of them. She is wonderful with animals. And they seem to think she is wonderful right back!”

“Xena was great with my dog, Penny! She took great pictures and sent updates throughout the day. She communicated well and I could tell my dog was well taken care of. Thanks, Xena! 😊”

“I simply cannot express the relief I had while traveling with Vanessa as my house/pet sitter. I have 2 cats and was babysitting my daughters cat, who arrived the day I left. Vanessa sent pics everyday of the cats snuggled with her or chilling in their fav spots! My trip was very unexpected, and it was my first time using Rover. I’ve always wary booked Vanessa again for a trip I had planned and was going to take my cat to my daughters, but it was so much more relaxing for them here in their home❤️”

“Highly recommend Minh for house and pet sitting. He took great care of our cat Jasper who ended up being quite shy. Minh helped make sure he had food and water and moved these to where Jasper was hiding out. Minh was extremely responsive, detailed and thoughtful. House was taken care of and left in excellent condition.”

“Giovanna was great with my very anxious dog (and his anxious owner). My dog can be difficult and doesn't trust people he doesn't know. Giovanna followed all instructions with patience and care. She was communicative, respectful, and responsible. I came home to a clean house and a happy dog, which is all one could ask for!”

“Larquana took great care of our 11 year old border collie. She communicated with us daily and took great care of our house. We would not hesitate to hire her again.”

“Melissa was communicative, sent photos and was overall great to work with. Our dogs were very calm when we came back which is great! She will be watching. Then again in two weeks and are overall happy with the support.”

“Jason was absolutely great -- he kept in contact with us providing updates & photos of Sydney while we were out of town. He was attentive to our concerns & handled a tough situation really well while he was watching our pup. Working with him was so easy, he was very flexible & accommodated our crazy schedules and plans. We loved Jason & so did Sydney!”

“Alexander took care of our dog and cat in our home for a week while we were out of the country. He took great care of them, kept us up to date, and they were happy, well cared for, and adjusted when we got home. We will use him again and highly recommend.”

“Danny did a phenomenal job watching our two dogs, three cats and one bird over the holidays while we dealt with unexpected must do travel. When we needed to extend a few days, he graciously accommodated that as well.”

“Malek did a great job letting Gimli adjust to a new human at his own pace. He asked for guidance when needed, to help Gimli build trust in him. Gimli greeted him happily when he returned to pick up his things, so I know Gimli feels comfortable. As the owner of a sensitive, intelligent and active dog this was just what I was looking for. Thank you, Malek!”

About: I have dogs of my own that I take on daily walks. I have two husky’s (11 and 6 yrs) and a pitbull I had for 13.5 yrs (she crossed the rainbow bridge). I enjoy going out for walks because I know it’s a dogs favorite time of the day. I’ve taken my friends and family’s dogs on walks while they’ve been out of town. I’m looking to walk dogs in the evening when I go for my afternoon walks around the neighborhood. There are times where I may have availability during the day as well. I’m flexible and will do my best to fit you into my schedule. I love dogs and I treat all dog as if they are my own. I’ll make sure to make them feel comfortable with me and give them the attention they need.
“This was Belarria’s first time with a pet sitter she didn’t know. Since I’m her primary person and she basically mopes when I’m gone, even if being looked after by someone she knows and loves, I didn’t have any expectation that she would become best pals or anything, and that was the case and is fine. But she warmed up to Omar quickly when I was there. And she felt secure enough with him to sleep in the bed when the fireworks were happening and take comfort from his presence. She did take treats and medicine (she broke a dew claw right before we went away) from him. I’m extremely happy with the care Omar provided and will be using his services again. Highly recommend.”

Hyunjung was fantastic! She communicated well throughout the stay, sending daily photos and updates of our pup and cat. She left our home in spotless condition and the animals seemed content and well exercised when we arrived home. I will definitely be requesting to book with her again in the future.

This was the 9th time Christina has taken care of Sophie at our house in the past 18 months. This time for over 3 weeks. She is simply the best. As soon as we met her and used her once we knew she was THE one. She loves Sophie and is so neat and clean with the house. She’s mature with a lot of common sense. We are moving west and will miss her dearly. Thank you, Christina ❤️.
Jason is great with our big old dog. He hasn’t stayed overnight with him for quite some time and yet he remembered all of our dog’s eccentricities. He even brought extra rug runners because he knows our dog struggles with the wood floors. Although I set up a room for Jason on another floor, he said he knew our dog Donnie like to be close to him and that he would sleep on the couch instead. We felt 100% comfortable with leaving our dog with Jason. That means so much to us.

Shakuntala took care of my elderly dog and 2 cats (one with a serious chronic illness) while I was away for the week and spoiled all 3 in the best way! They were all showered with love and attention and were cared for exactly per my instruction. She administered meds to my cat and dog with no issues. They all warmed to her immediately, including my one cat that hides from most people. She sent me updated throughout the day so I always knew that they were happy and getting everything they needed. She stayed in my home to care for them and left the house immaculate. I think they are missing her already! I will definitely rebook - she is the best pet sitter I’ve had by far
Belinda was an amazing sitter for our Ralphie! I knew from her initial responsiveness and kindness and her superlative reviews on Rover that Ralphie would be in great hands. Belinda really does check all the boxes. She is a wonderful communicator, sharing updates at a perfect frequency. I appreciated all the photos and videos capturing great interactions between her and Ralphie. In addition, Belinda left the house spotless, laundered the towels that she used, and washed Ralph's plates before leaving. It was an easy, pleasant, and stress-free experience that I hope to be able to repeat in the near future. Thank you sincerely, Bel!
