Retired, reliable, dog-kisser!
I'm the woman taking an evening walk and asking if I can say Hi! to your dog. Two dogs - one as a child, the second 35 years later - were among the most important relationships of my life. No offence to family and friends. The second was a Black Lab and taking him on his evening walk in a local park in Moscow was the best part of every day. I'm retired and walk for pleasure anyhow. I am the servant of Dasha, a rescue cat with more personality than good sense, who is willing to let me spend nights away to take care of your beloved dog or cat. Friends and family have already benefited from my "service" - and now you can too.

Safety, trust & environment
I expect dogs to need attention and I'll give it. Though we lived in an apartment in Moscow, our Black Lab Jasper enjoyed the life of Riley, with walks at nearby parks. Most of the day he spent following us from room to room, positioning himself strategically so he always could see one of us at all times. Cats, of course, are different; I wait for Dasha to emerge from wherever she's "hiding" to let me know when she wants to be played with, brushed, petted. If this is your pet - great. If not, I'll adapt to that, too!

Toni was gentle with Zadie and Zadie loved her right away. Toni was in communication regularly during my trip and took excellent care of Zadie. Zadie seemed sad when I got home from my trip, I think she missed Toni.
Toni watched our two biggish dogs in our home recently. She took very good care of them. The dogs were happy and cared for. We will ask for Toni’s anssita again.
Toni is always on time for walking, even played with our dogs. Pets were completely relaxed in her care, and we received daily photo updates, which is reassuming. Toni is excellent, she treats ours like her own. We’ll definitely be booking again for our next trip.
Toni was so caring of my dog, they seemed to connect right away which was so nice! She’s gentle and sweet the way she treats my pup. I highly recommend Toni and will continue to rebook.

Schedule
I'm retired, with a schedule that is my own to make. I'm only looking for Rover duties in the 20814 and nearby zip codes that I can get to easily and quickly. Daily activities include daily walks and almost daily lap swimming, lots of reading, too much scrolling, and occasional editing and writing gigs. Oh, and playing with my cat Dasha. When staying over for your dog, I'd live at your place and visit Dasha for a few hours daily, as well as go out for errands and laps at the Y pool.
