Our cats are a bit spastic and weird about strangers but they warmed up to Judson quickly which is always a great sign. He sent us multiple pictures every day of the cats along with a note about how they were doing. Choosing a random person on an app is nerve wracking and stressful because you’re putting all your trust in them to not only take care of your animals but also be in your home. Ilana is great! She took care of our senior cat Fifi while we were away for a week and a half. It was a bit of a last minute request and Ilana was very accommodating. We felt very comfortable going out of town knowing Fifi was in Ilana’s care. She kept us updated the entire time, giving us peace of mind so that we could enjoy our time away. Would 100% recommend and will definitely be reaching out again next time we need someone to drop in on Fifi.
