Our situation was tricky - a two week housesitting gig with two dogs who didn't know each other well, once a puppy and the other a small, 16 year old, nearly blind and with various medical needs. Once they were together, some territory troubles (including some "intentional" indoor accidents!) ensued. Ruby went the extra mile, came over twice before our trip to learn about the meds, and wasn't afraid to get her hands dirty when the pups got creative. She was feeling sick the first day of the trip, but showed up anyway and pushed through it to make sure we could make our flights without worry. When we got home, the pups were in good shape, and she sent messages with pics regularly during the trip to ensure we knew everything was going well. Great work all around!
Elizabeth did a wonderful job caring for our dog while we were traveling. She was very fast to respond and we were able to meet with her ahead of time to make sure that everything was a good fit. She was very detailed in going through the care instructions and asking us questions about our dogs routines and daily needs and likes. The house was super clean upon our return also! Overall a real good experience and we would gladly use Elizabeth again to house sit.
Thank you for taking such great care of our girl - and our home - over the long weekend. We were able to enjoy our time away knowing that Rue was in great hands and getting lots of love and attention and we really appreciated the updates. Aaron did a great job taking care of our house, dog and cat. He also took great care of our elderly dog and gave him his medicine while we were gone. He gave us daily updates with pictures. He also stayed with our dog the entire time which we needed for our elderly dog. He also did a few household things like bring around our trash cans for us which was super helpful. I will definitely be using Aaron in the future.
We had an amazing experience with our Rover sitter! She stayed at our home for two nights while we were away at a concert with limited cell service, and she still managed to keep us updated with thoughtful check-ins. She was super tidy, respectful of our home, and went above and beyond for our dog — taking him on tons of walks and giving him lots of attention. Shae and Mark took wonderful care of our pets and home! We have a very mischievous cat and Shae was very patient with his shenanigans. She also was great about administering meds to one of our dogs and worked through some separation anxiety with our other dog.
Matt was a fantastic pet sitter for our crew of dogs, cats and reptiles! He took especially great care of our senior dog Ellie, who is receiving chemotherapy for lymphoma. He was able to administer her oral medications and let me know when she wasn't eating very well. He was also very flexible in coordinating with my friend who picked her up for her weekly chemo appointments. He watered our plants (indoors and out) and even offered to mow the lawn. When we got home, everything was super clean and tidy (probably cleaner than when we left it lol). He also took beautiful photographs of our creatures that perfectly capture their personalities. Overall he took perfect care of our creatures and home while we were away. We highly recommend Matt for your pet care needs!
