About: I've had a dog ever since I was about 6 years old. I'm just turned 25 so that's just about 20 years of experience! I've started pet sitting and housesitting when I was 15 years old. I have taken care of all kinds of breeds from goldens, to herding dogs, and (my personal faves) bully breeds. I can work with all types of temperaments and energy levels :) I am currently serving active duty in the Marine Corps, so my days can look quite different, which is why I prefer weekends. During the week days I have PT starting at 5:30AM and don’t get off of work until 4:30. However I do have a 2 hour window during lunch from 11-1, but that is not always guaranteed. On the weekends I am completely open! I go to church on Sundays but other than that I am available. For overnights I prefer to come to the house at least a day in advance in order to see where everything is and what set up the pet(s) have. During the stay I try my best to send updates with pictures to ensure the pet owner is kept in the loop on a daily basis!

About: As owner of Doggie Paddles for nearly 25 years,I'm confident, but not cocky regarding my ability to anticipate the needs of both pets and their owners. I've cared for every size dog from teacup to giant. Some impeccably trained, others not so much. I loved them all equally. I recognize while many pet sits are similar to each other, each pet brings his/her unique process in how they react to being away from their owner. I currently work from 830 am to 330 pm in an office in Temple Valley Monday through Friday. For cats, this shouldn't affect their care. For dogs, their mid-day visit would fall between my office hours. If for whatever reason the mid-day doesn't seem necessary then I won't perform one. Likewise if your in Kaneohe I can likely run over there. I'm a non-smoker and rarely cook in an owners kitchen. Privacy/security is important to me. I'm off the grid as far as socials for the safety of my clients and myself. I'm also not on vacation. While there's no job that makes me as happy as working with pets, I'm there for your fur-kids.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs and other pets my entire life and currently have a husky of my own, so I’m very comfortable caring for dogs with lots of energy, strong personalities, and specific routines. Having a husky has given me plenty of experience with daily exercise, long walks, basic training, grooming, and keeping an energetic dog happy and stimulated. Madison did a great job taking care of our dog and house. She kept us up to date with photos through out her stay and left our place very clean. She responded quickly to all messages and requests. I would highly recommended Madison for any pet sitting services and will hopefully be using her in the future to take care of our house and dog.
John was absolutely incredible with our 3 dogs (that range in age and size - 12 yr old Golden, 10 yr old Golden, 3 yr old mini-poodle)! He stayed the night while we were traveling allowing the pups to feel comfortable in their own home. He even sent pictures to us throughout the day. The pups had a blast!! He is a licensed veterinarian and an epidemiologist, which made us feel extra comfortable. He also agreed to an initial meeting with the pups before the booking. We will absolutely be using John again!
Gabby was wonderful with our anxious dog. He takes some time to warm up to new people, but she was patient, calm, and clearly made him feel comfortable. She sent thoughtful updates and photos that gave us peace of mind, and it was obvious he really liked her. We’re so glad we found Gabby and absolutely plan to use her again in the future.
