“My dog is on five different types of medications to address her irritable bowel and her arthritis. The doses cannot be missed and have to be administered on a strict schedule. Over the years, my dog has learned how to hide the pills in her mouth then spit them out when you’re not looking. If she misses her medications - especially the ones for irritable bowel - she gets sick very quickly and will get diarrhea. Sometimes violent and frequent diarrhea. So I was quite nervous about leaving her with people who weren’t familiar with her issues and her tricks. But Karen and Tony handled her like pros. How do I know? Because I came home to a healthy dog who showed no signs of having missed any meds. I can’t thank them enough for taking such good care of my Coco. Oh, and bonus, they are respectful sitters who left my home just as I had left it. They even laundered the sheets! About: I’ve taken care of pets of all kinds for years and would love to be of service to someone who needs help on the weekends, early mornings, or evenings. I would be happy to sit and hang out with an elderly dog or take your active pup on a hike. When I’m not with your dog, I’m working at castle hospital, at the gym or doing photography. I work 8-4pm Monday to Friday so I’m open to early morning walks or evening check ins until 10pm. Open to flexible needs on the weekends and holiday coverage. I currently live with a husky so it would be best if I came to your home. Unfortunately, I am allergic to cats so I can’t be around them but dogs are okay!

About: Since childhood I've had pets of all shapes and sizes. Let me care for your pet as you would do. They are ohana and deserve the very best! I'm currently working part-time and am home for the majority of time most days. Occasionally I do have to go into the office for 4 hour periods. I will visit or stay with your pet in your home. I will walk them as requested. Provide multiple potty breaks throughout the day. Clean drinking water will always remain accessible, and the feeding schedule will follow your directions. Leave me with clear instructions and I will make sure that they are safe, comfortable and happy while you are away.

About: I have had pups my entire life. I am an absolute animal lover. We currently have 2 spoiled frenchies that love having playmates come over. We have a large fenced in yard so they get plenty of playtime outside as well. I am a personal trainer as well. I am home most of the day because my clients come to train in my home. When I do have to leave for something, someone is typically home. Our pups are rarely ever alone. We have a large fenced yard but also love to take walks if you pup likes to get out. Extremely detail oriented and responsible. I take care of our little visitors as I would someone in my family. I send plenty of updates and photos to ease your mind when away.

About: I grew up with Great Pyrenees, Great Pyrenees/Border Collie, Australian Shepards mixes. I've walked, fed, brushed and played with these big dogs for more than a decade. The two Great Pyrenees sisters I currently help take care of have matured from 4 month old puppies to elderly ladies. I'm quite used to the typical arm jerk or pull that is often associated with walking big, enthusiastic dogs. I work during the day, but generally am up quite early and thus would be able to walk dog(s) before work. I am also quite flexible in terms of where I stay on Oahu and thus can easily incorporate dog sitting into my weekly routine. Alternatively, I have cared for large breeds in their owners homes in San Diego. I am extremely respectful of folks homes and belongings both in the context of pet care, as well as through AirBnB.
