I'll be you & Your dogs best friend
I'm a huge animal-lover, which ensures that the dogs I take care of always get the attention they need and crave. The past few years I have been working with dogs (training, dog sitting, volunteering, baths, etc.) and helping people with their dogs. I can offer grooming (no cuts, just bath and nails), plenty of exercise, and most importantly lots of love and attention! All breeds are welcome. I know every dog can be a pain sometimes. That’s why it’s okay if your dog isn’t a perfect angel. If your dog loves to play with other dogs, or needs to play by itself, I can cater to the needs of you and your dog. I can’t wait to meet you and your four legged friend!!!

Beyond being great with dogs, Kayla is a life saver. She genuinely drove across Kane’ohe, during the really bad storms, to make sure my puppies were taken care while I was traveling abroad. I will definitely recommend her to everybody I know!
Kayla was so awesome! I loved that she was able to come by for a quick visit to meet and greet your 3 dogs before we officially booked her to do drop-in visits for a few days while we were off island. She was great with the dogs and sent us pictures and updates everyday after each visit. I definitely would book her again. :)

During my one-hour lunch break, I endeavor to swing by home if feasible, ensuring my furry companion receives a check-in—be it a speedy potty break or a short play session to keep them stimulated. Upon returning home after work, we engage in quality time together, whether it's extended walks, grooming rituals, or simply unwinding side by side. Weekends are reserved for more extensive adventures, ranging from exploring new trails to visiting the local dog park. The cornerstone of our routine lies in consistency and attentive care, ensuring my pet feels cherished and well-attended to despite the demands of my work schedule.

When caring for pets, whether in my own home or at a client's residence, my approach is tailored to suit the specific needs and environment of the furry companions under my care. In my own home, where there's a large unfenced area for the dogs to roam, I ensure they have ample space to exercise and play safely. Daily routines include structured playtime, walks, and opportunities for them to explore and stretch their legs in the open space. Safety measures such as supervision and boundary reinforcement are prioritized to prevent any potential mishaps. Additionally, if the pet is being sat at my home, I have two friendly dogs—an Australian Shepherd and a Weimaraner—that can keep your pet company during playtimes, providing them with social interaction and companionship. When operating in a client's home, I adhere strictly to their instructions regarding pet care, particularly regarding outdoor playtime. If there's a large unfenced area, I follow the client's guidelines on supervision and boundary management. Whether it's setting up temporary barriers or keeping the dogs on-leash, I ensure their safety while allowing them to enjoy their time outdoors. In both scenarios, I maintain open communication with the pet owners, keeping them informed about their pets' activities, behaviors, and any concerns that may arise. Flexibility, attentiveness, and adherence to the pet's routine are central to my approach, ensuring that the pets under my care feel comfortable, secure, and well-loved, whether they're in my home or their own.
