About: Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover with 14 years of experience in dog walking & house sitting. My family has a 12-year-old Golden Retriever, and I’ve been involved in her training over the years. I’ve also helped a friend train their puppy under the guidance of a military police dog trainer. Over the years, I’ve cared for dogs of all ages and needs, from puppies to senior dogs requiring specialized attention and dogs needing extra care while recovering from illness. I prioritize every dog’s health, happiness, and safety, whether that means going on adventures, getting exercise, or providing a comfortable space to relax. When house sitting, I treat every home with respect and ensure pets receive plenty of attention, companionship, and care while their owners are away. About: Ever since I could remember, I've learned to care for as well as love several different animals. Whether or not they're my own, it's always been second nature for me to care for them as family. I have thorough experience taking care of old and young furry, scaley, feathery, and swimming friends- both owned by others and me! I have raised puppies, kittens, and ducklings and am currently caring for a senior pup and senior hamster! I am currently living with my brother in Hawaii for a few months and would love to care for furry friends all around the island! Penny usually barks at new people but she didn’t bark once at Kaitlyn which is when I knew that Kaitlyn was perfect for Penny. She was able to get close and feel at ease. She did an amazing job at watching Penny and kept me updated with texts and pictures throughout the day which was amazing and reassured me that my dog was given love and care the whole time. My previous Rover sitter had not contacted me in a couple days and Kaitlyn was able to squeeze me in at the last minute! I am so grateful for that. About: I grew up with Great Pyrenees, Great Pyrenees/Border Collie, Australian Shepards mixes. I've walked, fed, brushed and played with these big dogs for more than a decade. The two Great Pyrenees sisters I currently help take care of have matured from 4 month old puppies to elderly ladies. I'm quite used to the typical arm jerk or pull that is often associated with walking big, enthusiastic dogs. I work during the day, but generally am up quite early and thus would be able to walk dog(s) before work. I am also quite flexible in terms of where I stay on Oahu and thus can easily incorporate dog sitting into my weekly routine. Alternatively, I have cared for large breeds in their owners homes in San Diego. I am extremely respectful of folks homes and belongings both in the context of pet care, as well as through AirBnB.

It gave us so much peace of mind knowing both girls were happy and well cared for while we were away for a long weekend. About: I've taken care of dogs, cats, rabbits, and birds throughout my life. Within the past decade I have cared for those types of my family and friends' pets from pet sitting them at my place to overnight sitting at theirs, as well as my own cat, Pluto, for the the past 11 years.
