“Kyrie is awesome!! Can’t recommend highly enough. Rosie gets so excited whenever she realizes we’re heading to her house. She’s treated like family, gets to run around safely in a gated yard, and has become besties with Kyrie’s toddler. We appreciate all the photos and videos we get when we’re away, and the peace of mind that comes from knowing our pup is in good hands with a great sitter and family.”

“At this point we joke that when Giz goes to Greg's house. That it's his vacation from us. He doesn't even look back when we drop him off. Might offer to share custody soon. In all seriousness, Greg has afforded us the ability to take trips again and know that without a shadow of a doubt that Giz is taken care off. He sends us action shots of the dogs and always gives us updates. We literally can not ask for more. He's the best.”

“Awesome dog sitter!! Bently enjoyed his time with his new friends away from home. I received pictures daily of his activities. I will be a repeat customer!!!!”

“Jacque saved us with this last minute boarding booking! She was incredibly responsive and sent us updates often. Phoebe had the BEST time playing at their home. Jacque truly treats Phoebe like she is one of their own, making Phoebe feel right at home.”

“Emma was amazing! Toast fit right in with her family and was loved, adored, and well taken care of. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone and would absolutely book her again. 100% loves the pups she takes care of!”

“Samantha was absolutely wonderful! In fact, she's such a great sitter that I almost hesitate to write this review because selfishly, I'd love to keep her availability to myself! This was our very first time leaving our puppy with a sitter, and naturally we were a little nervous. Samantha immediately put our minds at ease. Before our trip, she took the time to meet with us and show us where our puppy would be staying in her home, which made us feel so much more comfortable and confident. While we were away for nearly two weeks, Samantha kept us updated with frequent messages and adorable photos. It meant so much to know our puppy was happy, safe, and well cared for while we were gone. What impressed us even more was that she actually helped reinforce our puppy's potty training during our time away. We came home to a puppy who had continued making progress, which was such a pleasant surprise! Samantha is truly a sweetheart, and it's obvious that she has a genuine love for animals and a heart for what she does. The care, attention, and affection she showed our puppy exceeded all of our expectations. We are so grateful we came across Samantha and couldn't recommend her more highly. We will definitely be using her again in the future!”

“Catalina is amazing!! My dog Booker fell in love with her immediately. Catalina is a true animal lover who took wonderful care of my boy. I will definitely be using her again!”

“Our pup was so loved and well cared for with Jessica and her family. She got lots of exercise and outdoor time and lots of cuddles. So greatly appreciated! Will definitely use her again.”

“Our hunny bunny loved his stay with Diana and family. Diana sends updates daily with pictures which made us feel at ease. Will definitely book with her again!!!”

“Shauna has watched our huge goofy floof, Ruger, twice now and we’re so lucky to have found her! She takes great care of him and he loves her dog, Bella! Maybe too much 🤣 she’s easy to get a hold of, follows Rugers weird diet and eating routines, and plays his favorite game of fetch.”

“Haily did an amazing job taking care of Oakley! She far exceeded my expectations. She would update me daily on Oakley’s day, send tons of pictures and even videos of him playing with her pups! You can tell how much she loves and cares for each pup she watches. Oakley loved his stay, and did not want to leave ? I will definitely book with Haily again!”

“Thank you Senne! Senne was very kind and also sent photos and updates of our pup so we knew our pup she was well taken care of. I would recommend Senne for dogsitting and consider having our pup stay with her again while we are away. Again, thank you Senne!”

“Kaliyah Sent me daily photos and updates. Her and her husband took my doggie on plenty of walks and made sure my doggie was eating properly which I appreciate. I would highly recommend them to watch my dog any time.”

“McKenley and her husband were so great with Athena ! They took her in like she was their own. They were very open to letting me come visit and had great communication throughout the time of her being there. Athena had a great time with their little pug, going on walks and hikes. I would definitely recommend this little family and will use them again in the future if need be !”

“Camille was great with Stella! I really appreciate how easy the whole process was with her. Great communication and provided pictures daily to keep us updated with Stella. Definitely would trust her to watch Stella again.”

“Fantastic sitter. Always responsive and sends update photos. Is very caring and was flexible when my travel planes when topsy-turvy. Already looking at next bookings so my baby can go back to hang out with the pack.”

“Krysta and Peter are wonderful people and were so easy to work with! They took the best care of our dog Luna. We will always go back to them for any of our future dog sitting needs in the Kailua area😄 They were so thoughtful, kept us updated with great photos, and reassured us that we had nothing to worry about, given it being our first time using the app. Highly recommend!”

“Keala was amazing. Very attentive and communicative. Appreciated the questions she asked in prep of caring for my cats - Sophia and Rain - and all the care and feedback she gave while I was away. Made the trip so much enjoyable knowing they were being well cared for. Thank you.”
“Mary-Ann was great. Attentive to each cats personality. Knew when to play and knew when they just needed love (lots of pets). She helped put our mind at ease while traveling.”

About: I’m an experienced and attentive cat sitter with over 10 years of caring for pets in clients’ homes, including households with both cats and dogs. I understand that cats thrive on routine and a calm environment, so I take extra care to keep their space clean, stress-free, and consistent. I’ve successfully cared for cats alongside dogs, making sure each pet gets the individualized attention they need. What sets me apart is my patience and ability to read feline behavior—whether your cat is social and playful or more reserved and independent. I prioritize gentle handling, cleanliness (including litter box care), and creating a safe, comfortable space while you’re away.

“Colton and Allie were great cat sitters! They were easy to communicate with, and the pictures they sent each day put us at ease that our cat was getting some love and was in good hands!”

About: Aloha. I'm Summer. I am a stay-at-home wife and mom looking to bring in some extra income. I have loved animals since forever. I grew up with pets (dogs, cats, a rabbit, and fish). I have experience house sitting with pets, dog walking, and worked in an animal hospital. I don't have any fur babies of my own yet, but I do have a fur nephew, Ninja who I love very much. I am able to give medication if needed. I'm currently available Monday through Friday in the morning to the early afternoons. Weekends I am typically unavailable, but for the right pet, I can adjust my schedule. I will care for your home and your pet as if it's my family. I am respectful of boundaries, and rules even if it doesn't line up with my own beliefs. I understand that pets are very important to families and would never take that lightly.
About: Hi! My name is Samm. I am a current dog owner of two; Charlotte, a 3.5 yr old, spayed, Am. Staff. Terrier who acts like a princess & Kai, a 2 yr old, neutered, GSP who is a busy bee. Talk about polar opposites! I love a healthy balance and what I have learned in my 18+ years of animal care is, just like people, pets have their own personalities and needs. Knowing your audience is key and I treat every animal with that approach. The more you tell me, the more I know how to implement a healthy setting and approach for your pet. I have had family pets (dogs, cats, rodents, fish, & equine) in the home since I was 6, personally starting to care for them around age 10- taking on full responsibility of a horse at the age of 15 and was also partially financially responsible for the same horse to understand the whole realm of that responsibility, becoming fully financially responsible for my first dog, a 135lb Mastiff, at the age of 17. I have fostered 43 puppies, 3 adult dogs, and 1 kitten since 2020 as I was working as an Adoption Manager for a Non-profit shelter based out of Chicago from 2020 - 2021, I now am still in the business of animals and am an Assistant Hospital Manager of a reputable Veterinary clinic here in Oahu with a flexible schedule. I have experience with handling mobility restriction, medication administration, behavior intervention, healthy play and social styles, and all things puppy training and management. I am in a place where animals bring joy. Also, since moving to a remote island, I have seen how difficult it is to find a boarder when needed without jumping through a trillion hoops (some warranted, but others, a bit excessive). I am also a military spouse and truly understand that things come up, so not only do I have access to military bases, but reply swiftly to last minute requests - I GET IT! I am truly hoping to help you out while bringing in an additional source of income for my knowledge and desire to help others. I do want to preface this blurb with yes, I do work full-time (work day is 8 hours) however, I have flexibility within my work schedule. I live (depending on traffic) a 10-14 minute drive from home and choose my schedule. When caring for your pet, depending on service, I treat your pets, like mine. We have a schedule: morning, midday, afternoon, evening. If I am boarding your pet in my home, after discussing your routine for your pet, I will either implement your pet into the routine of my two dogs during my work day, coming home during my hour lunch to spend quality time or get in an additional walk or run on our dog treadmill. OR I have the ability to bring your pet with me to the hospital to our boarding space where your pet will be personally visited by me every 2 hours for quality time, reassurance, and potty breaks until my work day is done. We can talk more specifics depending on your pet and the following; separation anxiety, their energy level, medication requirements, mobility requirements, animal aggressions et cetera. All of this information is vital in order to determine the level of service I can provide for each day and how that would look in order for you to feel comfortable. As a pet owner, knowing the person caring for my pet has their best interest in mind and action, is vital for me to feel at ease. For that consideration I am even willing to pay a premium price because it matters to me. I want you to feel at ease knowing that I want to discuss with you the characteristics of your pet and your training & care style so I may implement the same all the while providing other areas of mental and physical stimulation to help your pet through a season of change with me as their "new-intermittent" care giver alongside the potential of your pet being in a new environment if boarding at my home. If choosing to board your pup in my home/ coming for daycare for play and stimulation (either all at the house OR a combination of at the house and at the boarding facility within my hospital), your pet will be with two other neutral dog friends with an outdoor, secure fenced in space in a neighborhood, with an outdoor (actual) dog house with ceiling fan + beds, access to clean water, an outdoor doggy pool, and all of the lizards to chase! If it's too hot, all dogs will simply be in our home hanging out in the A/C until the day is done with appropriate potty breaks depending on the dogs age and need. For walks, I am to the T when it considers your dogs time and attention for our agreed upon walk routine.
About: I have owned a cat and dog my whole life and now that my dog is very old I know how to handle senior dogs very well. I have also had my share of experience with feisty cats. I love all animals especially cats and dogs and can’t wait to meet yours! I’m working full time so I usually do weekends but I can also probably do after work as well. I’m very flexible with my schedule. For a drop in, I would let them out to go to the bathroom and play with them to get a bunch of their energy out. I would also refill their bowls if needed as well as any other requests given to me.

“Needed help of a cat/house sitter due to a last-minute issue with the first sitter, and Rebecca came to the rescue. She is very responsible, followed the things to do on the list, and did a great job above and beyond my expectations. She gave me regular updates and pictures of Max, and she was flexible for taking a job during my desperate time. I appreciate your go-to attitude Rebecca, and you may have spoiled Max. He went into the guest room last night, where you stayed while you sat for me, and he was smelling the furniture and searching behind the door and all around the bedroom. It dawned on me that he was definitely looking for you. Thank you for saving me and my holiday vacation. Most importantly, thank you for taking great care of Max.”
“Victoria took great care of Biscuit and was so communicative & helpful! This was our first time using Rover and would definitely recommend her services to anyone!”

“She did an amazing job! I appreciate her report cards and she did an awesome job at taking pictures of their activities. She was very professional and just the dog sitter/walker my dog needed! Will definitely rebook her!”
“Kaliyah did an amazing job taking care of my cats for a full week! She communicated regularly, sent multiple pictures, and made the whole process so smooth by coordinating both pickup and drop-off. My cats were clearly well cared for, and I had complete peace of mind while I was away. I definitely look forward to booking with her again!”

“Piya is wonderful! We truly appreciate her flexibility when taking care of our sweet Bella while we went on a family boat ride. I’d definitely ask her again to take care of our little one. Thank you Piya! :-)”

“Excellent daycare for my young pups. Greg clearly knows how to manage dogs of all kinds and was easy to trust with my 3m old pups. His dog got along great with them and their yard was a fantastic area to get some exercise. Greg also provided walks in a lush green area of the island. Highly recommend!”

“Very friendly and accommodating of a trip to San Antonio. Received pictures of the dogs playing and updated throughout the stay. Highly recommend. Great fenced yard to play in and inside playroom to cool off. Would book again if in the area.”

“Rose was incredible with Kuma!! She responded to all of my messages quickly, sent photos, kept her busy and happy all day. She was also very flexible when I had to push back my pick up time. I will absolutely be booking with Rose again!! 😊”

“Shauna greeted us friendly and was able to see in early morning. Our family went to Kualoa Ranch which has no pet policy so we had Shauna for few hours. After pet sitting, my dog vomited few times since he ate sitter's dog food and I haven't been informed that.”

About: 🌺 I will be on hiatus July-August for surgery and recovery🌺 I bring over 10 years of hands-on experience working with animals, including more than 5 years as a kennel assistant and 5 years as a veterinary assistant. In addition to caring for my own pets, I’ve developed strong skills in administering medications, including insulin and asthma treatments. My time in a veterinary hospital has also given me valuable experience working with animals of all temperaments, allowing me to stay calm, patient, and attentive in any situation. I’m a full-time pet sitter, which means your pet gets my complete time, attention, and care. I’m dedicated to making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved, and that their time with me is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I have 5 years of veterinary medical experience and feel confident providing a wide range of care for pets of all needs—from those requiring more involved medical support to those who simply need extra love and cuddles. I take cleanliness and safety seriously, thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing between each client to ensure a healthy, comfortable environment for your furry friend.

“This is the first time I left Snuggles at Tracey's home. He was there for only 4 hours to try out. Tracey's mom sent lots of photos within those 4 hours. Snuggles came home relaxed, seemed to have a great time at Tracey's home. Will try to leave Snuggles for a longer time next visit until he gets adjusted to stay overnight.”

“Gina was so accommodating. We were trying to book a day that overlapped with another one of her clients. Our dog is not friendly with all dogs so we were hesitant to go ahead with it. Gina suggested we set up a meet & greet with the 2 dogs and arranged it. It was a success. She was great with the dogs introduction. We are so happy. Now our dog has a new friend and we were able to book our much needed daycare. I also so appreciate how quick she is to respond to booking requests. I almost hate to give a good review because I want to keep her just for my dog ?”

“Arianah is a wonderful sitter for Levi. She always gets him to eat all his food and takes care of him like her own dogs! Levi loves hanging out with her when I have to work.”

About: We’re dog lovers! Our home loves doggie energy. We can comfortably administer meds, injections and will walk daily. I work from home and my husband and I have flexible schedules. We can typically accommodate up to two consecutive weeks of care with consistent exercise and constant love. We are an active couple: beach time, hiking and daily walks are the norm for us. We believe that dogs are part of the family, whether they are our own or the fur babies of others. We have a 17 pound male terrier mix who is very playful. Being that I work from home, I'm here most of the day with an occasional appointment or meeting for a few hours. When Robert is off he's also home most of the day however he may go out for a bike ride or surf session. We also may meet up with friends for a meal out. Cooper (our fur baby) will be home to keep yours company but if you're looking for 24/7 type of care or if your fur baby has separation anxiety we are not the best fit since we may be out of the house at times. Your fur baby must also go potty outside unless we're caring for your pup who has physical or health issues that would hinder outdoor potty time. Our typical day starts with exercise then breakfast out on the lanai where you're fur baby will be able to join us. Per your permission/request and for an additional fee of $15/day, we will take your pup for a walk in the neighborhood. Walking your dog is almost a requirement because in our experience, they do MUCH better when they can get out with one of us humans and Cooper. We can discuss this on our meet and greet. We are open to taking your dog to the beach or on a hike if they do well in that environment. Your dog must be good on leash and obey basic commands if requesting walks or anything that would require a leash/lead. If you would like to add dog walking please let us know so that we can adjust the fee because it's not included in the boarding fee. Thanks! We have a fenced-in backyard with a doggie door so your dog can take their potty break whenever needed. My office has an open door policy so they will always have company when they want it. There is plenty of shade and grassy area for them to play and hang out. Our walks are typically around the neighborhood where there are very few cars passing by, if any. There is a park walking distance from our house and we may walk the park at times. Most often either I or Robert will be home and Cooper will be home to keep your fur-baby company if the humans need to leave for a short time.
“My 1 year old lab loves being at Dale and Lauren’s for doggy day care. Lauren sent us many pictures/videos throughout the day and I could tell my fur baby was having so much fun. I trust them 100% to take great care of my girl, Violet. We already booked boarding for another stay coming up! Definitely would recommend to anyone interested!”

“I never used Rover before and I am a helicopter dog mom but Haily made me feel comfortable. I love the video and pictures that i get throughout the day she’s with him. Milo (my puppy) absolutely loves going to doggy daycare with her.”

About: Dogs are much better than people, let's face the facts. You know it, I know it, so how do we show it? How do we tell our best friends that we truly care about them and love them? Here's how: we have to match their loyalty! Not as easy as it sounds because... well... we're ONLY human. We have jobs, we have relationships, we have good days, we have bad days. Dogs... well, dogs, they have US. And only US. They eat, sleep, and breathe all while thinking about US. So, no, you can't match their loyalty, their love... but that's where I step in. A human distraction to keep you furry pal engaged while you're away! And, believe me... they will be sincerely loved while Aunty Colleen is around! We learn from the dogs, how to love and be loved.
“Truffles had such a lovely time with Sherrie & family. They took such great care of him, giving lots of love and play and activities for him to do. He has lots of great memories, and I definitely recommend Sherrie and will rebook.”

About: I love dogs and currently have two very friendly labs of my own! We love to do Rover so they can have friends to play with in our large fenced in yard! We’re also available to pick up and drop off your dog if needed. I work from home so that my pups (and yours!) will rarely be left alone. We have a big fenced in yard for them to play and get plenty of exercise! I have a fully fenced in yard and two very friendly female labrador retriever pups! Pups can play inside, in the yard or on walks :)
About: I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes for over 15 years and have extensive experience providing loving, attentive care. As a dog owner myself, I understand how important it is to find someone trustworthy and dependable to care for your pets. I currently have a dog named Dolly, who is a huge part of my life, and I treat every pet with the same patience, attention, and care I would want for my own. My schedule is very flexible, allowing me to provide reliable and attentive pet care throughout the day. I’m available for walks, feeding schedules, potty breaks, playtime, and companionship to help pets feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for while their owners are away. Pets in my home receive plenty of attention, supervision, and exercise throughout the day. While I don’t have a fenced yard, I take dogs on regular walks and use a secure backyard lead for safe outdoor time, bathroom breaks, and fresh air. I always prioritize pets’ comfort, safety, and routines to help them feel at home.
About: What sets me apart is my lifelong, hands-on experience with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. I’ve grown up caring for Labs, Rottweilers, Chihuahuas, Border Collies, Huskies, and a Mini Goldendoodle — so I understand everything from high-energy working breeds to small companion dogs. When I was 14 years old, I became the primary caregiver for my Chihuahua, who was under a year old when we brought her home. I cared for her throughout her entire life, including providing attentive, compassionate senior care as her needs changed in her later years. That experience taught me responsibility, patience, and how to adjust care as dogs age. I’ve also cared for an energetic Husky, so I’m very comfortable with active dogs who need structured exercise and mental stimulation. I raised my Mini Goldendoodle from 6 weeks old and handled all of her training, so I’m confident working with puppies and reinforcing good habits. I truly believe dogs deserve an enriching life beyond the home. I love beach walks and hikes, and I tailor each outing to match a dog’s energy level and personality. While dogs may be part of our world, to them we are their whole world — and I care for every dog as if they were my own. Pet care fits very naturally into my routine because I work remotely from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Being home throughout the day allows me to provide consistent supervision, companionship, potty breaks, and attention for dogs in my care. During working hours, I’m available for shorter walks (up to 30 minutes), drop-ins, and in-home care. My meeting schedule varies day to day, so timing during work hours will need flexibility, but I always communicate clearly to coordinate a time that works best. After 3:00 PM, I have full availability for longer walks, outings, and dedicated time with your dog. In My Home: Dogs staying with me have access to my office/guest room, the main living areas, and a fully fenced backyard at all times. Because I work remotely from 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, I’m home throughout the day to provide supervision, companionship, potty breaks, and attention. Dogs are never isolated and can stay near me while I work, helping them feel comfortable and secure. They’ll also have the opportunity to play with my docile and friendly Mini Goldendoodle, Nova, who loves having company. Of course, I always prioritize safe, positive introductions and will separate dogs if needed to ensure everyone feels comfortable. I provide regular walks, playtime, and enrichment based on each dog’s energy level — whether that’s relaxed outdoor time or more active exercise. I follow feeding schedules, routines, and any specific care instructions closely to make the transition from your home to mine as smooth as possible. Drop-In Visits (Client’s Home): For drop-ins, I focus on keeping your dog’s routine consistent in their familiar environment. Visits can include feeding, fresh water, potty breaks, walks, playtime, medication if needed, and lots of attention. I always respect your home and leave it exactly as I found it, and I provide updates so you feel confident your pet is in good hands.
About: A retired marine biologist. I have had dogs my entire life. Raised puppies and watched them grow old. I’ve cared for dogs of all ages and energy levels. Retired. I’m available most days if you need your pets to be simply fed, let out to pee, or to be entertained. While I take same day requests, there are no guarantees because I have several regularly scheduled walks and drop ins. Please reply promptly, I archive when no response in 24 hours. I have a fenced yard and a young corgi who has full run of the house. He can be shy to other dogs. If your dog has any aggressive tendencies or Keahi does not get along with them for whatever reason, we cannot board your dog. Meet and greets are mandatory before any boarding or daycare. Dogs must be house trained for boarding or daycare (paper trained is not house trained). I cannot and will not leave food out. If your dog has issues eating when they are fed (I feed them when I feed my dog), I have to take your dog’s food away and store it. This is a house, not a kennel where your dog has an assigned lot. If your dog has these feeding issues, consider another sitter. I have no kids on property.
About: 40 years of experience for those looking for one on one care with in depth knowledge and fondness of animals with lots of cuddles and TLC provided while you are away. I will be able to provide one on one care with lots of time to play with attentiveness for your furry kid while you are away. Your pet will get TLC, cuddles and care with three walks a day, can administer medications and special diets and care while you are away.
“Sierra was great - easy communication, even with our last minute request. Miles definitely played a lot and came home tired and happy. We would definitely recommend having Sierra watch your pup!”

About: I used to always take care of my friends pets when I used to live in military housing, I’d take care of cats and dogs alike, some for weeks at a time. Pets are my favorite part of every day, I have 2 sweet kitties at home I hang out with, and I love them more than anything. I’m a full time student right now looking to help earn some extra cash while my spouse is deployed. I love long walks, or chilling and playing with cats and dogs to keep them entertained throughout the day. I have two cats at home so while I cannot board any pets, I do have a ton of experience with caring for various animals. I’m great at getting vomit stains out of carpet, and scooping up litter!
About: We've had dogs and cats since both of us were young and grew up caring for and loving our four leggy fluffy friends. From small to large, shy to outgoing, and young to old we have plenty of cuddles to share. *BOARDING SERVICES pls read thoroughly* We both currently work full-time (M-F; off Sat & Sun) but often come home daily for a lunch break and can provide midday potty breaks. On the weekends, we're typically exploring with our dog on a hike or playing fetch on the beach. Our schedule can be flexible to provide additional evening walks and/or pick up + drop off for boarding services. During the weekdays that we both work, our dogs Maile & Miller stay outside in an extra large shaded 8X8 kennel custom built on Trex decking. Our kennel has ample space for up to 2 large 70lb+ dogs to lay, roll, walk, and stretch out comfortably. Pau hana, Maile & Miller hang out in the garden with us or they lounge inside on the couch. During the work week, our boarding furry friend has the option to chill in the kennel solo or with 1 of our dogs as a companion. All doggos are kept indoors at night and welcome to sleep in our room with plush beds. **IMPORTANT READ** This boarding service is best suited for dogs who are comfortable with being left alone for several hours, are accustom to a kennel, are not food aggressive, and enjoy the company of other dogs.
About: Aloha! I am a dog-loving, mom of three boys, two dogs, and a military spouse of 15 years. Being flexible and dependable is pretty much my lifestyle. I grew up with dogs, and I’ve personally cared for my own since I was an adult. I have also fostered rescue dogs for Okinawa Stray Pet Rescue. I have experience with a wide range of breeds, all sizes, and dogs from newborn puppy to 15 year old seniors with very limited mobility. I am probably over paranoid when it comes to safety, so you can trust that your dog will be in good, responsible hands! I understand that each dog is unique, and I treat each one as if they were my own. I know how important it is to feel confident in who you choose to care for your fur baby, and I’m happy to provide what your pup needs! My only time constraints are shuttling kids to and from school and activities so I have lots of free time to spend with your pup! As previously mentioned, I am very cautious and your dog’s safety is my top priority. I have personally owned dogs who are “runners” so I’m constantly aware of my surroundings and the dog’s behavior when caring for them.
About: Hello! I am looking to spend time with your furry family member! I have grown up with pets my whole life, so I understand the time and commitment it takes to love and care for them. I have experience walking dogs big and small so that I can take your pup for a short walk or long adventure. Looking forward to meeting you and helping out with all of your pet sitting needs. I am comfortable watching your pet indoors or outdoors, at the beach or at the park. I am very careful and good at following any special instructions or directions.

“I have waited to review MaryAnn until after 2 weeks of walking my lab Megan. She has been a godsend and treats Megan wonderfully. My wife and I can't keep up with the attention Megan needs as we got older than we expected due to circumstances. MaryAnn has been walking Megan regularly 4 times per week as we wanted, Megan has a big yard so she can get out as needed, but walks provide socialization that the dog needs. We are thrilled with MaryAnn and how great she is to our dog. Anyone wanting a really good dog walker would be lucky to have MaryAnn.”

“Alyson is awesome, always on time, and always keeps us updated in how our dog does on her walks. We are using a dog walker every other week to expose our fearful dog to more people (recommended by trainer). We appreciate Alyson being part of our journey in helping our pup being less fearful.”

About: I got my first dog when I was 4 and started dog sitting for neighbors when I was 8. I worked with a group when I lived in Kansas City that did short term in-home dog fostering for 1 day to two weeks. My puppy experience comes from a few of my friends having puppies, but adult dogs are my favorite. I work full time from home, and can schedule walks in between meetings during the day. If the dog(s) are up for it I would love to take them hiking, SUPing, kayaking, to the beach, and to hang out with my friend's dogs. I prefer to keep the dog on a similar schedule to what they are used to and not overwhelm them with new experiences while their owners are gone. Please provide me with the needed information of your dog's routine.
“Alexis was awesome and took great care of Ridge. She has excellent communication and really does take pride in caring for your animals. I felt very comfortable with her and I’d be happy to have her care for my pup any day.”

“Awesome experience with Tony taking care of our pups. He was so sweet with them, and sent pictures every day to ease my anxious dog-mom mind. Communication was excellent, and Tony was flexible with taking care of each dog's individual needs and quirks. Would definitely use Tony and Karen again when the need arises!”

About: Hi! I recently made the move to beautiful Hawaiʻi, and I’m so excited to be part of this community — especially the pet-loving one! Living here has made me appreciate even more how important daily movement, sunshine, and fresh air are (for both humans and pups!). While working full-time in my professional HR career, I spent two years dog walking with Pups and Recreation because being around dogs truly fills my cup. It was never “just” a side job — it was something I genuinely looked forward to every week. Now that I’m settling into island life, I’m offering weekend walks and drop-in visits so your pup can get their steps (and sniffs!) in while you’re out enjoying your weekend plans. Whether your dog loves a brisk, energy-burning walk or a slower stroll with plenty of sniff breaks, I’m happy to match their vibe. I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes and personalities, and I understand that each one has their own quirks (which honestly makes them even better). I’m patient, attentive, and big on communication — you’ll always get updates and photos so you can feel totally at ease. If your pup needs weekend adventure walks, potty breaks, playtime, or just some extra love and attention, I’m your girl. I’ll treat them like my own — belly rubs included. Can’t wait to meet your furry family member! 🐶🌴 I work full-time Monday through Friday, which is why I dedicate my weekends to pet care! 🐾 I’m available for weekend walks and drop-in visits only, and I have full flexibility on Saturdays and Sundays to meet your needs. Whether you need an early morning walk, mid-day drop-in, evening potty break, or multiple visits in one day, I’m happy to accommodate your schedule. Because I intentionally keep my weekends open for pet care, your pup will have my full attention — no rushing between commitments. I love spending my weekends outside, so dog walks fit naturally into my routine here in Hawaiʻi. If you’re looking for reliable, communicative, and flexible weekend care, I’d love to help! I always start by making sure your pet feels comfortable with me. I take my cues from them and move at their pace — building trust first is always my priority. If your dog is treat-motivated, I’m happy to use positive reinforcement (with your permission) to help with things like getting their leash on or easing into our walk. If they’re more independent or prefer to warm up slowly, I respect that and give them the space they need. For pups who love being outdoors, we can spend time playing and getting energy out in the yard. If they’re more companion-oriented, I’m just as happy hanging out, offering attention, belly rubs, or calm company. Every visit is tailored to your dog’s personality, routine, and comfort level. My goal is for them to feel safe, understood, and happy — and for you to feel completely confident while they’re in my care.
About: I have had a dog as a pet in my life since I was born, and I volunteered at the local humane society for a summer after sophomore year of high school. I have been a dog sitter multiple times including twice for longer than 2 weeks. Over one of those two week periods the poor boy had a UTI so I had to make sure he was drinking water and taking his medications. Unfortunately I live somewhere that they do not allow pets but I am more than willing to stop in or stay at your place! I work 3 12 hour shifts and week meaning I have 4 days of free time to love your pet! It also means I have a flexible schedule on my days off! I care for your pets as though they are my own. We always use a leash for our family pets and ensure that they are safe at all times!

“Our pup was so loved and well cared for with Jessica and her family. She got lots of exercise and outdoor time and lots of cuddles. So greatly appreciated! Will definitely use her again.”

“Kaliyah Sent me daily photos and updates. Her and her husband took my doggie on plenty of walks and made sure my doggie was eating properly which I appreciate. I would highly recommend them to watch my dog any time.”

“Makayla was absolutely wonderful with Huey! From the moment I booked, her communication was exactly what every pet parent hopes for when leaving their dog in someone else’s care. She sent regular updates and photos, asked thoughtful questions whenever she needed clarification, and was proactive about sharing any concerns related to his care. I booked on very short notice and still received top-tier service. It was clear that Makayla genuinely cared about Huey’s comfort, safety, and well-being. Knowing he was in such kind and capable hands gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. I trust Makayla completely with my fur babies and wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, communicative, and compassionate pet sitter!”

“KaVina was ABSOLUTELY amazing with my l lil man (Deuce). She kept the pics & videos coming. You could see the joy in my dogs eyes in the pictures & videos, I feel like my guy was truly able to live like he was at home. She took him for walks & played tug of war with him & kept him happy. I would definitely use her services again because she made him feel at home.”

“My dog had the best time with Lauren and her family. First I worried a little because my dog didn’t have much experience with small children but turned out to be just fine. I was so grateful that they took care of my dog so well. I could tell in her face(my dog) that she had a great time with them. Mahalo Lauren!”

“Yvette was truly great! The pups had a wonderful time with her and she gave daily updates. She was very accommodating to my last minute changing schedule. Was so happy to have been able to book her and love on the pups!”

“Christine provided great care to my pampered pet. He bonded with her husband (rather than her dogs) and was his constant shadow. Sending me photos and updates during my trip eased my concerns. When we dropped Bailey off, it was raining and he whimpered as if we were abandoning him. The updates proved my worries were needless.”

“Kea would love to stay with Katharine and David again. He was very well taken care of. He was able to go on an adventure. He liked having his walks and making new friends!”

“Brianda has become the only Rover we use on Oahu, she has had our big Pit mix multiple times and I swear our dog is better behaved with her. The communication is always quick and straightforward and the care is great. Thanks Brianda!”

“We were a little anxious in finding a sitter for our dog since it would be his first time away from home. After meeting Rebecca and her daughter for the first time at a meet and greet, we felt at ease since they were really nice and our dog seemed to like them. Prior to our dog's first stay with them, Rebecca would always be prompt to reply to our concerns and needs. Upon dropping him off for his stay, Rebecca and her family welcomed our dog with open arms. She sent us updates and lots of pictures and videos - we felt he was loved and knew he was well taken care of. Picking him up, he was happy to see me but I could tell he would miss his new friends. We will be using Rebecca again since we feel we are not dropping our dog off to a sitter, but to family. Thank you Rebecca and family!”

“I just have to give a HUGE shoutout to Charlene for being the absolute best dog sitter for my sweet Miss Ellie! From the moment we connected, I felt at ease knowing Ellie would be in great hands — and Charlene went above and beyond my expectations. She made sure Ellie ate well, was cared for with love and attention, and stayed happy and comfortable the entire time. I was so impressed by her kindness, professionalism, and genuine love for animals. It’s not easy leaving your fur baby with someone, but Charlene made it such a smooth and worry-free experience. I highly recommend her to anyone needing a trustworthy, loving sitter, and I will definitely be using her again in the future!”

“Rose was great! We boarded Luna with her for a week and we got daily updates including pictures and videos. Luna was treated like a family member and got daily walks and lots of snuggles. Rose was super responsive and helped us be at ease with her stay.”
