Kaitlyn was absolutely amazing with my anxious dog Penny. She knew how to approach her and talk to her without any trouble. Penny usually barks at new people but she didn’t bark once at Kaitlyn which is when I knew that Kaitlyn was perfect for Penny. She was able to get close and feel at ease. She did an amazing job at watching Penny and kept me updated with texts and pictures throughout the day which was amazing and reassured me that my dog was given love and care the whole time. My previous Rover sitter had not contacted me in a couple days and Kaitlyn was able to squeeze me in at the last minute! I am so grateful for that. I will definitely be seeking out Kaitlyn again for any future days that I am away from Penny as she is very trustworthy and amazing with fur babies. I’ll know she’ll be well taken care. I’ll definitely be recommending Kaitlyn to everyone that I know that will need a sitter.
