About: Hi there! I'm a lifelong dog lover and the go-to sitter in my friend group. I’ve cared for pups ranging from playful puppies under a year old to well-mannered seniors. Whether it’s a high-energy breed or a more chill companion, I’ve got it covered. I work remotely from home, which means your dog will get plenty of attention, regular potty breaks, and lots of walks throughout the day. I’m flexible on stay duration—anything from a single day to a few weeks works for me! I’ve cared for my friend’s 50lb poodle for two months while they were abroad, and I also watch my parents’ two 15lb poodles for extended stays when they are out of town. I understand how important it is to follow each pup’s routine and respect your specific rules and boundaries. Your dog’s comfort, safety, and happiness are always my top priority. Dogs and puppies must be potty trained. I work fully remote and have the flexibility to go on frequent walks, potty breaks and play time! I am usually at home during the week (will step out 1-2 hours each day for workouts or errands), and my weekend plans vary and can be flexible based on your dogs needs. I live in a 1-bed apartment with a covered balcony and fake grass. I can easily crate / set up a pen area if needed. Dogs are allowed on my couch and bed for snuggles!

Athena take medication three times a day for epilepsy and requires a muzzle on walks and she therefore comes with a long list of instructions and contingency plans in case of seizures. Paul proved very caring, attentive, and detail-oriented for the entire week, plus Athena was clearly in love with him by the time I came home. Additionally he was always quickly responsive via in-app texts, which included needing to coordinate with my vet to respond to some allergic reactions & skin irritation that week. I would 100% rebook Paul for housesitting or any other services.”

About: Having owned thirteen dogs and five cats at one point in my life, caring for animals now comes as second nature to me. From feisty felines, to gentle giants, I've experienced almost every type of house pet there is. Throughout high school, I was tasked with walking six of our thirteen pups for at least thirty minutes each, a skill I became quite adept to by the time graduation rolled around. This included walking a pitbull, an akita, a german shepard, blue-tick heeler mutt, golden retriever, and Chihuahua in varying pairs for nearly an hour and a half each day. Moreover, many of these dogs were poorly trained (not by me), and not conducive to walking, let alone with other dogs. This resulted in me having to implement some training methods of my own, several of which I found to be quite effective. Specifically, I found that larger dogs will behave better on a walk if they run regularly with me. So should you be straining for opportunities to train your dog due to work, school, or simply life, I am willing to help ease that burden for no extra cost. Additionally, should you desire your dog to get more exercise than they would on a regular walk, I am willing to run with them as well. I hope to hear from you soon!
