About: I started dog walking and pet sitting 5 years ago. Desiring a dog of my own, my private yoga and Pilates clients started saying "watch mine!" and quickly I became booked for dog sitting most weekends and almost all summer. I grew up with horses and three dogs so I am very comfortable around animals of all kinds. A former Division I volleyball player, I'm active and love taking a daily walk or two listening to a podcast, so I might as well bring a dog along! I'm single and do not have children so my schedule is flexible. I do work in person in an office in Cardiff but am able to care for dogs before work, at lunch, and after work. My weekends are free. I do not care for pets in my own home but am happy to care for them in their own homes whether it is coming over for a visit or walk or dogsitting/catsitting and staying the night.

I work full time from 6-3 and mostly available on weekends! Since I am working in Encinitas I am a local reliable source for weekly care. I do not have a yard area to pet sitting. About: I’ve had dogs with my family and I ever since I was born and I have absolutely loved being able to care and spend time with them as if they are my own sisters! Currently my family has both a pug and a black lab so I am very familiar with differences in temperaments; especially evident when training them! I currently work part time at a few different places, but am usually pretty flexible! I am typically available in the afternoon or midday for a bit, and then in the evenings! This may look like stopping by to walk your dog in the day before spending more time in the evening. I will not be offering to have dogs at my home currently, but I can ensure that I will use any available resources to the best of my ability. I worked as a veterinary technician for 3 years and volunteered at various shelters before switching career paths so I have a lot of experience with animals! I live with my fiancee Rachel and our 5 year old lab mix Momo in a house with a fenced yard. Momo LOVES other dogs so he would love another canine companion to play with. We just moved to San Diego and I am currently looking for a job so my schedule is currently very flexible. Whether your pup is a 6 mile hike type or cuddles on the couch all day, I would love to meet em! I work a pitman schedule so I work Monday Tuesday, off Wednesday Thursday, work Friday Saturday Sunday. Next week work Wednesday Thursday. Repeat pattern. So I will do my best to keep my availability up to date With my schedule I have more days off than a typical M-F so taking care of your pups and hopefully giving my pup some much needed play time is a great way to spend it. Rachel and I treasure our pup Momo and we do our best to create a warm and nurturing environment, so whether it is at our place or yours I will do my best to maintain that energy with your pup.

I’ve pet sitted for years for friends and family and now that I’m moving to San Diego, I’m looking to find some dogs/pets to spend time with since I don’t have any of my own.
