Sadly, my childhood dog recently passed away, and it reminded me just how much joy animals bring into my life. Right now I can’t have a dog of my own, so caring for other people’s pets means the world to me. I recently left my full-time job to focus on a new chapter where I can spend more time doing things that truly make me happy. I’m a very active person and usually walk at least two hours every day. “Evan was great! Our normal dog sitter cancelled right before our planned trip. In a frenzy, I came across the Rover app and gave it a try! Evan accepted our booking request even though we were booking at the very last minute! By last minute, I mean we dropped our dog, Jack, off at his house within 1/2 hour of booking! Evan and his family were very kind and our dog got on well with the other two dogs in the house. Very great experience for my dogs. Ari gave updates regularly and sent photos. Would highly recommend. My dogs can be nervous but they took to Ari quickly and didn’t have any transition issues when they returned home which I know can sometimes happen for nervous dogs.
Madeline saved the day when we had a last-minute travel disruption and took on watching our Australian Shepherd with very little notice… She took such great care of him for the weekend and he had the best time… thank you so much again for taking such great care of our baby!!!
