“Linda and Zach were great to Noodle!! They sent me photos, were extremely responsive and my pup was nice and tired from his stay. Would have them watch Noodle again! 😌”

“Olivia and Sebastien were awesome caregivers for our dog, Koa! I found them last minute, after our usual sitters were unavailable to help with boarding for an out of town trip. They made the time for a quick meet and greet with their dog, Zuko which was appreciated. During our trip, I got photos and videos to reassure me that Koa was doing ok. I would absolutely welcome their help again in the future!”

“Maya was a great sitter for our dog Gelato. She was very attentive to all the information we shared on Gelato’s care sheet and was great communicating updates back to us. She also sent lots of pictures which is so nice to see while you’re away.”

“Lori did amazing with my dog Theo! She has great energy and Theo, who can be shy with strangers, immediately felt comfortable around her. Lori is friendly and communicative and has a dog-friendly house with yard that Theo loved. It’s great to know I can leave Theo with her and he’ll get walks and cuddles and be taken care of”

About: Hi! My name is Magda. I moved to the U.S. from Poland five years ago, and animals have always been one of the biggest parts of my life. Sadly, my childhood dog recently passed away, and it reminded me just how much joy animals bring into my life. Right now I can’t have a dog of my own, so caring for other people’s pets means the world to me. I recently left my full-time job to focus on a new chapter where I can spend more time doing things that truly make me happy. Rover is more than just a side job for me—it’s a chance to connect with amazing animals while helping their owners feel completely at ease. I’m a very active person and usually walk at least two hours every day. Whether it’s long neighborhood walks, trips to the beach, parks, hiking trails, or simply relaxing at home, your dog will have plenty of attention, exercise, and love. If your pet enjoys cuddling on the couch or sleeping in bed, they’ll have plenty of affection from me too! Since moving to the U.S., I’ve lived in homes with pets almost the entire time until recently, so being around animals has always felt natural. I genuinely love getting to know every dog’s unique personality and making them feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. One of my biggest dreams is to one day volunteer in Africa helping endangered wildlife, so caring for animals has become much more than a hobby—it’s something I’m deeply passionate about. As someone who’s still building a life and community here, I’d love to meet local families, build lasting relationships with both pets and their owners, and hopefully become the person you can count on whenever your furry family member needs care. I hope your dog and I get the chance to become great friends! I recently wuit my job and want to work fully remote. I want to focus more on my physical health that”s why i will have a lot of time to go for walks or run in the park. When i work on my computer i usually do it from the couch so doggy can count for a lot of cuddles. I live in a studio so your dog will be contantly watched. I have fenced backyard and most of the time will walk in a safe dog friendly areas. Dogs usually create quickly trust with me and i trust them so i do know how to act no matter if the dog is active or more calm

“Cindy is an absolutely awesome dogsitter. She is so kind and thoughtful! She cared for our lab and gave her lots of exercise. Cindy sent cute pictures and detailed communication. Her lab Abby is super sweet and calm. I highly recommend Cindy!”
“Kris and Dan were wonderful. They catered to Crema and she was very comfortable! Just as much so we were comfortable leaving her with Kris. I had every confidence she was in good hands and I was right!! Thank you Kris for a wonderful experience!”

“May and Mark save the day again! We needed a last minute sitter for our 10 month old puppy and May and Mark were happy to help. Our dog loves all the walks and playtime he gets with their dog pepper. Plus, we love the pictures they share of their adventures together. They’re the best!”

“I will definitely hire Greta & her husband to watch Tucker again in the future. They were available last minute and made me feel at ease knowing Tucker would have a fun and safe weekend. She sent me photo updates and kept me in the loop on how he was doing, overall Tucker had a great time and I was able to enjoy my trip knowing he was safe and happy. Thank you both :)”

“Hands down my go to for pet sitting. Amazing communication and great pictures to keep your mind at ease while away. For sure will use in the future for pet sitting. 10 out of 10!”

“Kristina and Sean were great with our energetic pup, Barley! Barley was able to fit right into their daily walks and runs since they were already an active family. They also provided daily updates and pictures of their activities and were very responsive throughout the boarding.”

“Maria was so great! Her home is fine and spacious for a big dog like mine. Lots of yard and toys for enjoyment. I love that she doesn't take too many dogs at one time. Will be using her again for my summer trips!”

“Priscila was excellent at ensuring my Lana had a great experience. From her outdoor activities, beach day, and play time it all contributed to Lana having a Great time. Priscila was awesome at providing pictures and video to update how my dog was doing. Thank you 👍”

“Finnegan still misses Luna and his other friends. Cherie and her family treats Finn like one of their own. I’m afraid he’s now bored at home with me. Finn was there for an extended period and I never worried about him. I knew he was having so much fun.”

“Lan is truly a blessing. We have been so gratified by her kindness to our Strawberry girl. Photos and other updates made us very certain that Strawberry was always safe, comfortable, and well cared for. Lan's love for the dogs she cares for is abundant and on full display. We will definitely book again when we need to travel.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Encinitas
Madeline saved the day when we had a last-minute travel disruption and took on watching our Australian Shepherd with very little notice… She took such great care of him for the weekend and he had the best time… thank you so much again for taking such great care of our baby!!!

This was my first experience with Rover and Diana was fabulous. My little one is a nervous Nellie and Diana (and her dog, Buddy) were the perfect fit. I was gone 2 and a half weeks and she took exceptional care of Exie. Diana was very good about all the little doggie details: walking schedule, food. She is very kind, calm and caring. Could not recommend her more highly.
Kristina and Sean were great with our energetic pup, Barley! Barley was able to fit right into their daily walks and runs since they were already an active family. They also provided daily updates and pictures of their activities and were very responsive throughout the boarding.

Jane was so kind and incredible with our 10 month year old pup. She was very accommodating with accepting our last-minute booking same day. We are so appreciative of her time and availability, as well as her responsiveness and updates during Olive’s stay. She has such an amazing way with pets, and if you’re looking for someone to watch your fur baby- look no further!!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
