Hi, I’m Jennifer! I’ve been lucky enough to have dogs as part of my life for as long as I can remember. They truly feel like family, and I love getting to know each dog’s unique personality. I recently lost my own dog, and while I’m not quite ready to adopt again, I really miss having a furry companion around. Rover is the perfect way for me to spend time with dogs while giving them the love, attention, and care they deserve. I’m dependable, responsible, and treat every pet as if they were my own. Whether your pup needs a relaxing stay, an energetic walk, or just plenty of affection, I’ll make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for.

Jennifer took great care of my dog Javier while I was gone for the weekend. She sent me several updates and photos to let me know how it was going, she also took him on many walks and to the dog park in her community! Javi looked so happy and safe! I will definitely be utilizing Jennifer again for the next time that I do a weekend trip!! Pick up and drop off was smooth and easy! And Javi got to meet Jennifer first at a park and we went for a short walk!
Jennifer is wonderful! She is an animal lover and a great person. She has taken care of our three large dogs, 2 cats and small animals. She has even cared for our children as well on some occasions! She is reliable and responsible. I have major anxiety leaving our fur babies and I always feel better when I know Jen is the one watching them!

Schedule
I work Monday through Friday from **7:00 AM–4:00 PM** and I work from home on **Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays**, which allows for lots of companionship, potty breaks, and attention throughout the day. I’m also available most weekends and may be available for evening dog walks during the week.

I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your dog. My goal is for every pup to feel safe, loved, and completely at home while you’re away. I look forward to meeting you and your best friend! • 🐾 A safe, clean, non-smoking home with no other pets. • 🚶♀️ Fun walks with an emphasis on positive reinforcement and good leash manners. • 💊 Comfortable administering oral medications, including pills, if needed. • ❤️ Plenty of playtime, cuddles, enrichment, and individualized attention. • 📸 Regular photo and video updates so you can relax while you’re away.
A typical day
On my work-from-home days, your pup gets to be my little coworker! 🐾 We’ll start the morning with a potty break and some fresh air, have another break around lunchtime, and then head out for a longer walk in the afternoon or evening. In between, there’s plenty of time for play, cuddles, naps, and keeping me company while I work. Weekends are a little more adventurous! We usually start with a longer morning walk, with plenty of potty breaks, playtime, and relaxation throughout the rest of the day. I’m happy to adjust our routine to match what your dog is used to at home—whether they’re an energetic walking buddy or a professional couch potato. ❤️

- Please let me know about your dog’s normal routine, personality, energy level, and any special needs or medications. I’d also love to know how they do with children, other dogs on walks, and being left alone for short periods. Since I have a 12yo at home, dogs must be comfortable and safe around kids. Please also let me know about any reactivity, separation anxiety, resource guarding, or escape tendencies so I can make sure your pup will be a great fit for our home. ❤️
