“Ehda took wonderful care of my dog, Snowy, over the Christmas and New Year break. She has such a warm and kind personality, which immediately put me at ease. Snowy was clearly very well cared for and happy during his stay. Her apartment was also extremely clean and well maintained, reflecting the high level of care she provides. This will definitely be my go-to place for Snowy during future vacations, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and attentive pet sitter.”

“Takako and her husband were amazing! This was my first time leaving Gracie and they made me feel so comfortable about everything. I received daily updates and photos from Takako and they took such good care of Gracie. It was so easy to coordinate with them. I will definitely have them watch Gracie again in the future. I highly recommend!!”

“Cody had the BEST time with May. He is normally a shy little guy but May made him feel right at home with her adorable dog Pepper. And the photos! Wow! May takes the best photos! Thanks for everything!”

“We are so grateful to Kimberly (and family) for taking such good care of our 2 dogs so we could take a vacation. Our two dogs practically leap out of the car when we are pulling into the neighborhood and want to stay longer when we pick them up. They love playing with Ranger and Ginger. Our Maltipoo is about 3 months post major surgery to correct a liver problem and is still on medication 3 times a day and a special diet. We especially appreciate the willingness of Kimberly and family to take extra special care of Sierra! We are so lucky to have found such a wonderful pet sitter and family!”

“Yating took good care of my cat Sofi for the second time! It’s always reassuring to leave Sofi with someone she already knows and trusts, and Yating provided such thoughtful and attentive care again.”

“Lena and her family took such good care of our dog, we sent her back a week later for round 2! We will definitely go back to them again in the future. Our dog got lots of walks and park time, and we enjoyed the updates we got while we were gone. Thanks Lena!”

“Viktorria took care of Marlo for a week and she was great! I got plenty of video updates and he always looked like he was having a great time. He was in good spirits upon my return and I got a good report back on his behavior! Viktorria was great and I would definitely book again! Thank you so much for taking good care of him!”

“Our dog Muchu loved staying with Naru! He got lots of activity and snuggles and attention. We got updates and photos every day. So happy to find someone nearby to love our pup the way we do when we’re not in town!”

“Danielle took great care of my puppy. She sent lots of pics and videos and updates. My pup got plenty of play time and cuddles while we were away. She missed her doggie friends when she got home but I know she will see them again when we rebook for our next trip!”

“Linda took a chance on us as first-time Rover users and fairly new dog owners. And we are so so glad she did!! We were very lucky to have heard about Rover through a friend and knew it'd be a better option than a kennel for us. Since we weren't sure until two days before our trip whether or not we'd be able to bring Chica along with us, Linda was great in offering the flexibility to take her in a little last-minute. Linda invited us over a few days before the trip so that we could all meet. It immediately felt like a good fit. Sammie is literally the sweetest dog in the world and must be a good role model because Chica returned happy, calm, and sweeter than ever!! Linda is very active and very intuitive with dogs- and it was nice to see that in action when we met her and Sammie. Linda texted us updates while we were gone (very much appreciated as new parents!) and Sammie was such a sweetheart she agreed to sleep halfway in Chica's small bed because apparently Chica loved the big bed! I couldn't offer higher recommendations for Linda to care for your pup. We are so, so happy to know that Linda and Sammie can care for Chica when we need it!! Also: when talking to our neighbor after meeting Linda, our neighbor said she hired Linda to walk her two rescues for months while she had a broken foot and she, too, raved about how great Linda is with her dogs. My heart is so warmed by this service knowing that people like Linda are involved. And if your pup happens to like squeaky toys: Linda's house is a pup-heaven!!”

“Justin and his family were great with our dog Goosie. They were pleasant and communicative and stepped up immediately when Goosie became ill and needed to go to the vet. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Thanks so much!”

“Christy took great care of our elderly dog! She was able to handle giving her several medications twice a day and took her on walks. It seemed like our pup received lots of love and attention. We also got pictures and videos throughout her stay!”

“We love Alix ! Oliver has been coming here for 3 years now. He gets so much love and attention and sometimes even gets to be with other dogs which is great socially! Thank you for taking such great care. Your passion for animals is apparent !”

About: I’m a lifelong dog lover and San Diego-based grad student with hands-on experience caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities. Growing up, my family always had dogs in the house, from rescues, energetic pups, protective breeds, and sweet seniors, so I'm comfortable with just about any temperament or need. Over the years I've dog-sat for friends and family, and I regularly help with my mom's dog walking and sitting business when I'm home. I’d love to give your dog some extra love and attention while you’re busy or away. Whether your pup needs long walks, playtime, or just some company, I’ll treat them as if they were my own. I’m comfortable with dogs of all breeds and sizes and always make sure to keep owners updated with messages and photos so you can have peace of mind. Can’t wait to meet you and your dog! I'm in a grad program with only a few on-campus classes per week, so my schedule is fairly flexible on both weekdays and weekends. I'm available for midday walks, potty breaks, and overnight stays. Happy to accommodate last-minute requests. I have experience with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I will always prioritize keeping your dog safe, comfortable, and stress-free whether at my place or yours. If at mine, my neighborhood is quiet, residential, and has plenty of walking paths and green spaces for your pup to enjoy!
“Yelena took great care of our pup for a night out!! We live in the same neighborhood and he now stops at her door every time that we pass, you can tell that he really enjoyed his time with her! She was very attentive and really cared for his safety, knowing that there has been coyotes in the area, she was sure to walk him in areas that were well lit and safe!”

Yelena took great care of my frenchie, Kylo. He has intervertebral disc disease (IVDD) so he needs special care and daily meds. Yelena took the time to do a meet and greet with us to make sure that Kylo was comfortable with her. What I appreciated about Yelena was that she asked questions, was interested in Kylo’s needs due to his back problems and personality quirks. She helped me feel at ease that he was in good hands. When I picked him up from her place, he was resting comfortably in his bed. He was well taken care of. I would use Yelena again.

Christy and her partner were amazing doggy sitters. They were in constant communication and sent lots of pictures and videos. They did great with medication, food and walking schedules. I know Miles enjoyed having a backyard to sniff around and sun bathe. Thank you Christy for taking care of our little guy over the weekend. We hope to see you again soon!

Olivia and Noah are absolutely amazing dog sitters! They were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure that our dog, Maple, felt loved and well cared for while my husband and I were away for four days. We had complete peace of mind knowing she was in such great hands. I highly recommend this wonderful couple for your next dog-sitting needs!
