About: I’m a dog mom with many years of experience taking good care of pups of all ages and sizes. I work from home with an extremely friendly dog of my own so your dog will have company all day and night! I work fully remote with a flexible schedule. Your dog will always get a morning walk with mine, potty breaks whenever needed, and I can accommodate any feeding schedule. I’m available to provide daycare and board most weekdays and most weekends. I have a fenced backyard patio for potty breaks and time outside. Your pup will have free rein in the house with a doggy playmate. I generally do not crate or cage my dog when I’m out of the house, but can separate your pup as needed based on your requirements. I have cameras in my home for monitoring so I can always check what the pups are up to!

“Brooke is our go-to puppy sitter. I always look forward to her photos/videos. It’s like a professional photographer is capturing my pup’s best moments! And my puppy always comes back to us super happy - like she’s stayed with a family member who loves her. You can really tell Brooke loves animals, I fully trust her with my dog!”

“Wow, I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to watch Bentley. She treated him with so much love and care, and I could tell he felt completely safe and happy. She sent me daily videos and pictures which gave me total peace of mind while I was away. I will absolutely be booking her again — and you should too! 👏🐾”

“Shuo took amazing care of my dog while I was out of town for three days! Pickup, the stay, and drop off all went smoothly. She was communicative and provided cute photos and video updates. It’s clear how thoughtful she is, and how much she loves caring for dogs. We will definitely book Shuo again!”

“It was our first time leaving a dog with someone. Alix was great. We received regular pictures/videos while on vacation, and our baby obviously had a great time there. Lots of loving human company and fun socializing with other dogs! We feel really fortunate to have found Alix!! Will definitely be repeat customers!!!”

“Our dog Mei_Mei seemed to had a good time with Laura even tho it was for a very short stay. Laura was great in providing us updates and pictures during the entire time. She even gave Mei Mei a blanket and tucked her in. Thank you for helping us taking care of Mei Mei.”

“My puppy came home cleaner than ever, well-behaved, and with just the right amount of energy! Cindy and Todd sent me the cutest photos and videos of our dogs together during the stay too. 10/10 would board with them again!”

“Yating took good care of my cat Sofi for the second time! It’s always reassuring to leave Sofi with someone she already knows and trusts, and Yating provided such thoughtful and attentive care again.”

“Yelena took great care of our pup for a night out!! We live in the same neighborhood and he now stops at her door every time that we pass, you can tell that he really enjoyed his time with her! She was very attentive and really cared for his safety, knowing that there has been coyotes in the area, she was sure to walk him in areas that were well lit and safe!”

“Michael was conscientious and communicative from beginning to end. He has a gentle energy, and I trust that Whitley was well cared for in his home. Michael's family were part of that care too, and I am grateful they were all willing to companion him for the 6 days I was away (he's a needy boy lol). It was my first time leaving Whitley with anyone except my son since I got him 3 years ago, so it was a big deal for both Whitley and me. I would definitely have Whitley stay with him again.”

“Yongzi took such incredible care of our dogs! She has watched them twice now and both times we got lots of updates and knew they were well taken care of. Our pups loved getting to run around in the backyard!”

“Sarah did a great job watching Roxie for us while we were away for an evening. Our pup warmed up to her quickly and we got several updates throughout the evening so we knew she was in good hands. Thank you, Sarah!”

“This sitter is one of the best I've had. I felt that my pets were both taken care of and loved. She had groomed my cat for me as well and he now looks very nice and kept.”

“This was our dog's second time staying with Olivia and Sebastien and it was just as good as her first time there! She was so excited to stay with them when we pulled up and they sent lots of updates throughout her stay, would recommend to anyone!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Del Mar
Very great experience for my dogs. Ari gave updates regularly and sent photos. Would highly recommend. My dogs can be nervous but they took to Ari quickly and didn’t have any transition issues when they returned home which I know can sometimes happen for nervous dogs.

We left our Wheaten Terrier, Finn, with Linda for a week, and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. Linda, her husband, and Sammie took wonderful care of Finn and gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. Linda kept us updated throughout the week with messages and photos - it was clear that he was treated like part of the family. We can definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, trustworthy, and attentive dog sitter.

Yelena took great care of my frenchie, Kylo. He has intervertebral disc disease (IVDD) so he needs special care and daily meds. Yelena took the time to do a meet and greet with us to make sure that Kylo was comfortable with her. What I appreciated about Yelena was that she asked questions, was interested in Kylo’s needs due to his back problems and personality quirks. She helped me feel at ease that he was in good hands. When I picked him up from her place, he was resting comfortably in his bed. He was well taken care of. I would use Yelena again.

Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in CA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
