“I am thrilled to have found Deborah on Rover. My little newly adopted rescue dog has separation anxiety and I’ve needed to have her in daycare several times a week. Deborah and her family and dog, Teddy, have provided a second home for my pup. She has thrived in the safe, caring, loving environment of their home. Deborah is reliable and responsive, and has been very accommodating to my needs. She is cheerful, friendly and kind, always giving me peace of mind while I’m away.”

About: I have had dogs for fifty years and am a dog lover. I’m partial to Standard Poodles, but do love most breeds. I provide long companion walks and enjoy spending lots of time outdoors. I’m available for dog walking seven days a week and can accommodate most schedules. I understand that Companionship is important to many dogs and will provide lots of fun and TLC. I have a Standard Poodle who is active. She loves the outdoors, daily walks, ball playing, beach time, and roaming free at a dark park.

13. Victoria R.
About: I’ve raised dogs for over 30 years. I am an avid runner and love to take long walks. I have raised 3 boys and have had multiple dogs and cats during their childhood. No dog is too active for me! I’m currently a new empty nester! I am looking to fill my empty void by spending time walking and caring for their dogs. I love to run and walk daily. I recently moved to Del Mar from Santa Barbara after my youngest son left for college. I have a large fenced in backyard and live close to walking paths and beach.
14. Aliyah E.
“Aliyah is extremely patient with my dog, who definitely is a handful! She goes out her way to my dog feel comfortable, including finding him special treats that he absolutely loved!”
15. Noah & Olivia H.
About: My girlfriend Olivia and I have grown up around dogs all our lives. Olivia has had a Golden Retriever and English Springer Spaniel, while I grew up with a Border Collie, Cockapoo, and Mutt Lab. Over the past few years we’ve been watching our friends dogs and thought that this was a great way to get more puppy love. I am work from home, so I’m able to walk, play, and attend to the dog throughout the entirety of the day. Olivia is a teacher and at school during the day, but is around in the afternoons and on weekends. We are available most weekdays and some weekends to watch pets! We live in an apartment building, but I frequently go on walks and leave the building throughout the day. We can walk to dog beach if your dog is super social, or we can stay in the neighborhood, or go to Fletcher Cove to hang on the lawn.
16. Meghan F.
“Meghan is the absolute BEST! I could tell immediately that she is a total animal lover. We have a veryyyy energetic and needy golden retriever named Winnie, and Meghan takes great care of her. We completely trust Meghan and know Winnie will be well taken care of when we’re away or when she just needs to be exercised. Meghan has a super bubbly personality and Winnie alwayssss seems to be excited to see her. We love that we have total peace of mind when Meghan is watching Winnie. Can’t recommend her enough!! (And she has an adorable dog named June who Winnie loves)”
17. Allie H.
“Niko had a great time with Weston and Allie! He was comfortable from the time he got there to the time we picked him up! Thanks to Allie for taking great care of our boy Niko.”
18. Lena A.
“Lena is an absolute gem of a dog sitter! Not only did she take amazing care of my pup Leo and wore him out with all the fun adventures, but she also saved the day with her flexibility. I had a last-minute booking, and Lena was incredibly accommodating, making sure Leo had a blast despite the short notice. She kept me updated with photos and videos throughout his stay, putting my mind at ease. If you need someone reliable, loving, and flexible for your furry friend, Lena is the one to call. Leo can't wait for his next visit with her!”
