I haven’t met a dog I don’t love!
I work from home, which means your dog gets attention all day, not just morning and evening! Since I was a teenager, friends and family have trusted me with their dogs, and that trust has only grown. I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes and ages - from a 9 year old Shih Tzu to an 85-pound Doberman - and I treat every dog like my own. I live in Del Mar, surrounded by green spaces and parks, so your dog will get 3–4 walks a day in a beautiful area. I live with my husband who is another dog lover! Here’s what you can count on from me: - Frequent photo and text updates so you never have to wonder how they’re doing - Strict adherence to your specific instructions and routines - A calm, loving home environment with no other pets I’d love to meet your dog and learn what makes them wag their tail! Laura and her husband took great care of Ozzie. He went on a few nice walks and enjoyed his time by the beach! Laura was flexible and easy to communicate with to organize drop off and pick up. When I’m next in the area, I would rebook.
Valentina took such great care of my golden doodle! She provided me and my wife with pictures throughout the day which gave us both peace of mind and demonstrated how much she cared both about us and our dog. She was extremely flexible with my schedule and responded to my messages almost immediately when trying to book. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter in the area!

Schedule
Schedule: I work from home in Software Sales with a flexible calendar, so I can easily work around your dog’s existing routine - whether that’s a mid-morning walk, a post-lunch nap, or an afternoon play session. Weekends I’m even more available

Safety, trust & environment
My home is calm, pet-proofed, and free of other animals. I’m also trained in oral medication administration, so dogs with special health needs are always welcome.
A typical day
Every dog is different, so I follow their lead! Generally we’ll do walks every 3–4 hours, with playtime and cuddle breaks in between. I’ll keep you updated throughout the day with photos and texts so you always know your pup is happy and thriving.
