My partner and I share a comfortable home with a fenced backyard and our own friendly, dog-social husky, who makes a wonderful companion for visiting dogs. Having a husky, I’m especially comfortable with high-energy breeds and know how to keep active dogs exercised, engaged, and happy. Because there are two of is and we’re flexible during the day, your down is rarely left alone. There’s almost always someone home for feeding, play, and cuddles. I come from a hospitality and food-service background, so attentive care, cleanliness, and clear communication are things I take seriously. I’ll send plenty of photo updates so you can relax knowing your dog is safe and having fun. I treat every dog like a member of the family, and I’d love to do the same for yours! My partner and I both have flexible daytime schedules, so there’s almost always someone to feed, walk, and play with your dog. We can accommodate your dog’s normal routine, whether that means early morning walks, midday play, or evening cuddles. We plan our own schedules around our boarding guests, so your dog gets consistent attention and is rarely left alone during their stay. Our home has a securely fenced backyard where dogs can play and burn energy safely, and our friendly husky makes a great companion for social guests. About: As someone that calls my dog "my daughter" - I know how important it is that your dogs are happy and safe while you're away! I have always been a huge animal lover and grew up with dogs (among other animals such as hedgehogs and turtles...) I live in a townhome in Encinitas with my boyfriend and mom, who are both also major dog lovers. As I am currently getting my masters degree online, I will be the person with them all day taking care of them! I have one dog named Fudge- a 10 year old medium sized cavalier/ bernese mountain dog rescue. She is mellow and usually keeps to herself. She is fine with sitting on the couch all day or going on long hikes or spending the day at the dog beach, so we are used to all kinds of activity levels from dogs. I have experience with dogs of all ages- puppies to seniors. I will treat your pup like my own and provide customized care to make sure they feel spoiled and loved during their stay. I am working on getting my masters degree in behavioral analysis online and not currently working a job so I will be home with the dogs all day. I have a fenced in yard and also commit to walking my dog daily. I can bring the dogs on many adventures such as hikes, parks, dog beach, etc if the family desires or feels comfortable with that.

Very great experience for my dogs. Ari gave updates regularly and sent photos. Would highly recommend. My dogs can be nervous but they took to Ari quickly and didn’t have any transition issues when they returned home which I know can sometimes happen for nervous dogs.
We left our Wheaten Terrier, Finn, with Linda for a week, and we couldn't have been happier with the experience.
