About: I have owned many types of pets over the years but dogs have a special place in my heart. Most recently I’ve been the proud parent of 2 American Eskimos, Biscuit and Faji Yuki-Ko. I have raised squirrels, tad poles to frogs, hamsters, fish, and cats. My love for animals is endless. I recently spent 11 years working in a pet salon and the last half working as a bather/groomer. I’ve worked with all breeds of dogs. I have a true heart for senior and young animals and am great with giving medication. I’m also a darn good dog bather. I know how to do nails and scale my own dogs teeth. I am home on the weekends and have a lovely fenced yard. During the week I come home for 1 hour for lunch and to let Biscuit out. He likes to watch the doggy channels on YouTube while I’m at work. When Biscuit is outside, so am I. I walk a bit each day and would never miss out on the opportunity to take a dog for a walk. Biscuit is now 15 years young and his walks are short. He loves everyone. I hope to enjoy many walks and pet sitting opportunities with Wag. Animals are truly a blessing! I come home at lunch and only work till noon on Fridays. I am home on the weekends and spend most of the time in my yard. When pups are outside I stay with them. I am always respectful of other people’s property. In my home I make myself available for potty breaks and feedings and playing. I provide toys and am happy to throw a ball. Need a good brush down? I am happy to do a brush down. I spent 11 years working in a dog groomer salon and bathed dogs for 6+ years. I am good at giving meds to dogs. I’m very patient and never raise my voice. I use owner directed commands to be consistent with training. Bottom line….i truly love animals and really enjoy spending time with them,

“Jennifer took great care of my dog Javier while I was gone for the weekend. She sent me several updates and photos to let me know how it was going, she also took him on many walks and to the dog park in her community! Javi looked so happy and safe! I will definitely be utilizing Jennifer again for the next time that I do a weekend trip!! Pick up and drop off was smooth and easy! And Javi got to meet Jennifer first at a park and we went for a short walk!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Cardiff-by-the-Sea
Our doodle has anxiety when he is away from us so we needed a place for him that was calm and he felt comfortable. Jane and her home were perfect. Jane is so kind and gentle with our dog. She gave him lots of love, walks, and trips to the park. We will definitely be rebooking her for our next trip. Thanks, Jane 😊

Very great experience for my dogs. Ari gave updates regularly and sent photos. Would highly recommend. My dogs can be nervous but they took to Ari quickly and didn’t have any transition issues when they returned home which I know can sometimes happen for nervous dogs.

We left our Wheaten Terrier, Finn, with Linda for a week, and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. Linda, her husband, and Sammie took wonderful care of Finn and gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. Linda kept us updated throughout the week with messages and photos - it was clear that he was treated like part of the family. We can definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, trustworthy, and attentive dog sitter.
