“Linda and Zach were great to Noodle!! They sent me photos, were extremely responsive and my pup was nice and tired from his stay. Would have them watch Noodle again! 😌”

“Melly had such a wonderful stay! We loved the daily updates and pictures from May -- it really put my mind at ease, especially since our pup has had separation anxiety issues in the past. We will definitely use May & Marc for any future sitter needs!”

“Olivia and Sebastien were so great! This was the longest we’d ever left our dog Millie, but we got so many great pictures and videos we knew she was having a great time!! They were responsive, friendly, and had clear communication with us. They went above and beyond to make sure all Millie’s needs were met / special requests were followed. Their dog Zuko is also so great, Millie had a great time while we were away! Would recommend them to anyone.”

About: With over 30 years of experience, I provide personalized care that prioritizes your pet’s comfort and happiness. What sets me apart is my focus on behavioral consistency and specialized attention for different life stages. I have extensive experience in puppy training support, using positive reinforcement to maintain your training goals, as well as providing gentle senior care for older pets who prefer a slower pace and extra companionship. Whether it’s high-energy playtime or calming cuddles, I tailor every visit to match your pet's unique personality and energy levels. My background as a professional photographer makes me a uniquely patient and observant pet sitter, as I am already trained to anticipate subtle body language and capture a pet's truest personality. I bring that same artistic eye and calm focus to my pet care, ensuring your "best friend" stays engaged and comfortable in their familiar routine. Because my 2026 photography schedule is flexible, I am now fully open for pet sitting and can offer the reliable, high-quality care your pets deserve. As a special bonus, you won't just get a safe and happy pet—you will also receive beautiful, high-quality "souvenir" photos of their daily adventures while you are away. In 2026, creating a safe and trustworthy environment for your pet is my highest priority. Whether I am caring for them in my home or yours, I begin every engagement with a thorough meet-and-greet to align on routines and tour the property for potential safety hazards. In your home, I strictly follow all security protocols, including locking gates, managing alarm codes, and ensuring hazardous items like cleaning supplies or loose cables are inaccessible. To build lasting trust, I maintain transparent communication by providing real-time updates and professional-quality photo check-ins throughout the day. My approach is designed to preserve your pet's familiar routine, reducing their stress while ensuring your home remains secure and respected in your absence.
“Hands down my go to for pet sitting. Amazing communication and great pictures to keep your mind at ease while away. For sure will use in the future for pet sitting. 10 out of 10!”

“Elizabeth took great care of my dog Monty over the weekend! She was reliable, communicative whenever I would message, and seemed they both enjoyed spending time with each other. Monty was definitely in good hands! I would book again and recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy sitter!”

About: I’ve taken care of several dogs over the years from close friends and family. I’m very keen on listening to every dogs’ needs and helping them get their energy out. I’m a part time student, so I have plenty of free time to care for dogs. I focus on my studies mostly at night, which give me the rest of the day to focus on dog sitting. My family’s fenced in yard is perfect for your dogs playtime and bathroom time, and inside house your dog is allowed to unwind and get food/treats.
“Michael did an AMAZING job taking care of our dog. Very conscientious and careful, he took her on lots of walks and went above and beyond to ensure she was comfortable at his home. This was our first pet sitting experience and he really put us at ease. He also sent photos everyday and we felt our dog was watched after as one of his own. Great job!”

“We had the absolute best experience with Kris. She took such loving, attentive care of our dogs, Rocky and Charlie, and treated them like her own. We received so many detailed updates and pictures throughout their stay, which gave us total peace of mind while we were away. It was clear that Rocky and Charlie were having the best time and were truly loved and cared for. We are so grateful for the level of care, communication, and genuine kindness she showed our dogs, and we can’t wait to use her again in the future! :)”

“Cynthia was so great with my Aussie Loki. Her flexibility on a last minute stay request saved my trip and my dogs weekend without us. Would absolutely have Loki back and grateful for folks like Cynthia who open up their homes to our fur babies.”

About: I'm a dog owner myself. I have had a senior dog that needed medication. I've had foster dogs of all shapes and types. I'd say I treat my dogs almost like humans. They get tons of love, attention, words of affirmation, and TLC. I turn music on for them if I need to leave. My pet friends are my biggest source of joy and I do all that I can to adhere to any schedules, special requests, and whatever it takes to keep my doggie friends happy and comfortable. I work from home full time. The busiest time in my work day is from 7-10am for remote meetings. I have a lot of flexibility for walks, dog park outings, and cuddle time. I am on meetings so excessive barkers could be a little tough. I have a large fenced yard where doggies love to sniff and roam and explore. I am generally outside observing. I have a large grassy yard that is fully fenced. I always join my doggie friends outside to make sure they are safe and not getting into any trouble. My goal is to make sure my pet friend has frequent breaks outside, walks as needed, and a comfortable and quiet home to nap and do their thing. There are no small children here. I have 2 dogs of my one - a 10 year old male, 25lb mixed poodle terrier and a 2 year old male, 11lb mixed poodle mutt. They both like easy going dogs. Both are neutered.
“Kimberly was incredible and kind and has a perfect and safe setup to watch our pup! A+ experience overall! Great communication and tons of pictures throughout our trip made us feel at easy and able to enjoy being away. We will be bringing our pup back to her very soon 😁”

About: While I didn't grow up with a dog of my own, I have spent years intentionally seeking out opportunities to care for them. I approach pet care with strict attention to detail and follow every owner's routine to a T. I always volunteer to take care of my friend’s dogs because I can provide focused, one on one attention. Your dog won't just be well taken care of will be treated like family. I’m currently applying to nursing schools in San Diego, and am applying for EMT positions for night shift. Regardless I’ll be able to spend lots of time with your fur babies during the day! I have a massive backyard that is fully fenced and enclosed! I love dogs and so you can definitely expect your dog to be well taken care of!

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Cardiff-by-the-Sea
Our doodle has anxiety when he is away from us so we needed a place for him that was calm and he felt comfortable. Jane and her home were perfect. Jane is so kind and gentle with our dog. She gave him lots of love, walks, and trips to the park. We will definitely be rebooking her for our next trip. Thanks, Jane 😊

Very great experience for my dogs. Ari gave updates regularly and sent photos. Would highly recommend. My dogs can be nervous but they took to Ari quickly and didn’t have any transition issues when they returned home which I know can sometimes happen for nervous dogs.

We left our Wheaten Terrier, Finn, with Linda for a week, and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. Linda, her husband, and Sammie took wonderful care of Finn and gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. Linda kept us updated throughout the week with messages and photos - it was clear that he was treated like part of the family. We can definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, trustworthy, and attentive dog sitter.
