About: I’ve had dogs my entire life, including a black lab, multiple Jack Russell terriers, a Coton de Tulear, a golden retriever, and a Biewer terrier. Caring for a wide range of breeds and personalities has given me a strong understanding of different energy levels, needs, and temperaments. My pet care experience goes beyond my own dogs. I started dog walking for neighbors in high school and continued pet sitting throughout college. From 2022–2025, I was the designated sitter for a Maltese who regularly stayed with me for weeks at a time while his owners traveled. I’m comfortable with everything from routine walks to longer stays, medication instructions, and keeping pets calm and happy when their families are away. I’m an extremely active person and love taking dogs on long walks and hikes when they’re up for it. I also work from home, which allows me to be flexible and give pets plenty of attention throughout the day. Recently, my golden retriever of 13 years passed away, and I’m excited to spend more time with dogs again. Pets bring so much joy into my life, and I approach every dog I care for as if they were my own. I work from home and have a flexible work schedule so I'm available at all hours of the day and am around on weekends for care as well. Safety and routine are my priorities. At my home, pets are supervised, have a clean and comfortable space, and get plenty of walks and attention. In a client’s home, I follow all instructions carefully, stick to their usual schedule, and make sure doors, gates, and leashes are always secure. My goal is a calm, consistent environment wherever your dog is cared for.

During walks, I practice active supervision by staying completely aware of our surroundings, keeping your dog securely on their leash, and sticking to your preferred routes to ensure they are safe from traffic or other animals. I treat your home with total respect by keeping water bowls fresh, cleaning up any messes immediately, and leaving your space exactly how I found it. Plus, I love sending quick photo updates after every single visit so you can see firsthand that your pet is happy, safe, and having a great time!

Allison is great. Easy to work with, extremely accommodating and very dog friendly. Our dogs were happy to see us when we got home but acted as if we had gone to the store and back rather then left for a week. We attribute that to the way Allison kept their routines and lifestyle. Allison had their morning routine walks, dog park, feeding and relaxing just as we would and that is the best thing when we are away. We will use her again!

What a blessing to find Sophia. She went over and above taking care of our anxious, clingy dog for 12 days. Photos were sent daily along with updates and upon our return home, the house was exaclty as we had left it and our dog looked fantastic.
