About: I’ve had dogs for my entire life! I’ve been dog sitting for neighbors as well as family since I was 14. I am a total animal lover and look forward to being around them. I’m also a medically focused student for those who may have an elderly dog or one that needs a little extra care or medicine administrations. I’ve also been a house sitter for families and friends in my general area for many years! I am back in college for the year! My schedule for classes will vary but it’s pretty flexible and I have good chunks of time in between. I was able to make it work perfectly last year! I always do my best to give the pet my undivided attention. I enjoy hanging out with the pups, whether they want to play or just want to cuddle for a bit. I pride myself on being on time with bathroom breaks, meals, and walks to make sure the dogs are getting the best care possible!

About: My best friend is my dog Lilly!! She was found on the streets of Tennessee but we love her like a blood human relative, she has always had health issues so I am well equipped to take care of all types of dogs. She is full of energy and rambunctious even at 13 years old, so I know how it is to walk/play with dogs like this! College student at the University of Vermont, working part time at a restaurant with a lot of flexibility! Let me know what times works best for you and we can figure out scheduling! My pets are always my first priority and favorite part of my day. When I am home in New Jersey, my favorite thing to do is hang out with my dog and cats, I am always the first to volunteer to walk my dog Lilly and make sure she is cared for.

About: I have grown up with and taken care of pets my entire life. I love spending time with and find peace among dogs, cats, and chickens! I am a current part-time student and employee. I have the most consistent availability in the early mornings (6am-8am) and over the weekend. I can be flexible if needed! I am adaptable and take a calm and patient approach when meeting a pet to whom I am a new person. I understand that trust is mutual and takes time!

About: I’ve taken care of many different types of dogs of all breeds and ages. My mom went to school for training dogs so I picked up quite a bit from her. I have also taken care of cats for various family and friends. I love all animals and I hope to care for yours! I am currently between jobs after traveling for the summer so I have a wide availability of time ranges for taking care of your pets! I care for pets depending on what each unique one needs. As long as I am made aware of any quirks of the pets then I can guarantee they will get what they need.

“Bianca was kind and came by beforehand for a rundown, which was much appreciated! She is clearly a cat person who is dedicated to her pet sitting commitments. I removed a star because she had a last minute mix up with her work schedule and texted us the morning we were leaving to let us know she could not come within the agreed upon time window, which left us scrambling calling neighbors and friends asking for backup. She ended up getting her work schedule moved around to make it work, which we really appreciated, but she was not able to stay the full 30 minutes at that time. This delayed us leaving on our trip by about two hours, which was a challenging start for us. With that being said, we really appreciated Bianca going above and beyond to get her work schedule moved around when things went awry.”

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 10, including my own dog! Neighbors, friends, and family can rely on me to give their pets ample attention, long walks, and personal care. I am comfortable with dogs of many sizes and ages. I have experience working with senior dogs who require medication and special treatment, as well as puppies who need extra care while they learn the ropes. I work part-time and have an active lifestyle, so I can accommodate long walks during the day or stop by visits on the weekends. I have my own dog, whom I love to bring on off-leash walks multiple times a day, and who is friendly with other animals. I have a small fenced-in backyard, and a small dog who gets along well with others. Our backyard has a door with a handle rather than a doggy door that requires me to let the dogs out and watch them while they play to ensure their ultimate safety.

About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs nearly my entire life, and have served as one of the primary caretakers in my family for almost all of the dogs we’ve had. I’ve taken care of dogs of all types and ages from puppies to seniors and chihuahuas to huskies I work on a contract basis and have more free time than time I’m working. I often have full weeks off and can spend that whole time with your pets. I have a cozy apartment with plenty of space for a dog, big or small. I have room to put a crate or dog bed if needed. I’d also feel comfortable staying in your home if that’s what is best for you and your dog.

I'm currently a part-time student, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to be very present and attentive to the pets I'm caring for. I'm able to plan my days around feedings, walks, playtime, and check-ins, so your pets will receive consistent care throughout the day. In a client's home, I treat the space with respect and keep everything clean and organized. I make sure doors, gates, and leashes are always secure, and I'm very mindful of my surroundings during walks. I also take the time to get to know each pet's personality so I know how to respond appropriately to their needs and comfort levels. Communication is key, so I always provide regular updates, photos, and messages to give pet parents peace of mind. My goal is to create a safe, loving, and stress-free environment where all pets feel comfortable and cared for, and each owner feels confident they've left their pets in good hands.

About: Senior pets have a special place in my heart. I’ve had pets my whole life, growing up with two dogs, (A golden, named princess and a Vizsla, named Ruby Rose) and a handful of kitties whom I’ve loved till their 9th life. I am comfortable with administering medications, following specific diets, and attending to your pet’s unique quirks and specificities! I have dog-sat for friends and neighbors over the years, and I also pet sit on Trusted House Sitters I’m off work this summer, so pet care fits easily into my day! Mornings, afternoons, evenings, whatever works best for your pet’s routine. I focus on keeping your pet’s routine as normal as possible: same feeding schedule, same walk times. About: Past work experience at a small-but-mighty no-kill shelter (Animal Resource Center in Bloomsburg, PA). Over the years, I've lost count of how many times I've played Fairy Dogmother, but I truly never get tired of it. Pets are family, and when folks entrust me with caring for their babies while they're away, I take that seriously! In addition to work experience, I'm a past volunteer for Charleston Animal Society, and my own dog, Zelda, and I are a certified therapy dog team with Alliance of Therapy Dogs (ATD). My work is fully remote and I'm fortunate to have some autonomy in how I structure my day, so I can generally be fully present and swiftly responsive to your pet's needs. (My partner works in-office, so I may occasionally need to pop home to attend to my own pup's meals or potty breaks.) All Charleston Animal Society volunteers who wish to work directly with adoptable dogs must take a short safety course, and I've successfully passed this with flying colors. I'm experienced with administering oral medications. At the moment, I'm training for an ultramarathon, so if your pup is high-energy, you've come to the right place.
