Dog Sitting Burlington

About: I am a University of Notre Dame alumn working remotely from Burlington Vermont. I grew up with family dogs of all different personalities and energy levels, from high-energy Jack Russells to affectionate English Springer Spaniels and Boxers. Being around dogs my whole life has made me comfortable adapting to different routines, temperaments, and exercise needs. As I start thinking about adding a dog of my own, I’d love the opportunity to spend time caring for dogs in my community and give them the same attention, affection, and care I’d want for my own. I currently work fully remote from my apartment in Burlington Vermont. I spend most of my free time outdoors, going for walk by the waterfront, biking, golfing, and hiking. I look to fit in client walks throughout the work day and after work. I know how important it is to feel confident that your pet is in good hands. I’m attentive to each pet’s individual routine, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, bathroom breaks, and any specific instructions from their owner. In a client’s home, I’m respectful of both the pet’s space and the home itself, and I do my best to keep things consistent so your pet feels comfortable and secure while you’re away.

About: I've been around dogs since I was a child, and I see them as part of the family. I got my first dog when I was eleven, but our house grew and grew with multiple dogs, and I currently help care for my family's six dogs. In addition, my parents and I have fostered dogs together, which gave me hands-on experience with dogs of all ages, breeds, and backgrounds, including those who needed extra patience, structure, and reassurance while adjusting to new environments. I have years of experience dog sitting for family, friends, and neighbors, including overnight stays, feeding routines, walks, playtime, and giving my full affection and attention. Through fostering, I learned how to read dog behavior, help dogs feel safe in unfamiliar situations, and learned to support basic routines and transitions. What sets me apart is how attentive I am to learning each pet's individual needs. I will always take the time to learn their routines, levels of energy, and their own personalities so they can feel safe, comfortable, and loved by me while their owners are away. I'm currently a part-time student, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to be very present and attentive to the pets I'm caring for. I'm able to plan my days around feedings, walks, playtime, and check-ins, so your pets will receive consistent care throughout the day. My top priorities are always to create a safe, trusting environment and to ensure a comfortable atmosphere. I make sure all pets feel secure, calm, and loved. I carefully follow each owner's instructions regarding feeding, walks, medications, routines, and house rules to maintain consistency as needed and possible. In a client's home, I treat the space with respect and keep everything clean and organized. I make sure doors, gates, and leashes are always secure, and I'm very mindful of my surroundings during walks. I also take the time to get to know each pet's personality so I know how to respond appropriately to their needs and comfort levels. Communication is key, so I always provide regular updates, photos, and messages to give pet parents peace of mind. My goal is to create a safe, loving, and stress-free environment where all pets feel comfortable and cared for, and each owner feels confident they've left their pets in good hands.

About: My best friend is my dog Lilly!! She was found on the streets of Tennessee but we love her like a blood human relative, she has always had health issues so I am well equipped to take care of all types of dogs. She is full of energy and rambunctious even at 13 years old, so I know how it is to walk/play with dogs like this! College student at the University of Vermont, working part time at a restaurant with a lot of flexibility! Let me know what times works best for you and we can figure out scheduling! My pets are always my first priority and favorite part of my day. When I am home in New Jersey, my favorite thing to do is hang out with my dog and cats, I am always the first to volunteer to walk my dog Lilly and make sure she is cared for.

About: I’ve been pet sitting for five years. I have worked as a preschool teacher as well as at a plant nursery. I am currently a sophomore at the university of Vermont. I am home for the summer and have time to take care of your pets! I am a very active person, I love to go on long walks and runs. I run a small business so I work at the Sunday silly market on Sundays. I will be around daily to feed, walk, and take care of pets. I have three cats of my own so I can not have any animals in my house. I will treat your home with the utmost respect.

About: I’ve taken care of many different types of dogs of all breeds and ages. My mom went to school for training dogs so I picked up quite a bit from her. I have also taken care of cats for various family and friends. I love all animals and I hope to care for yours! I am currently between jobs after traveling for the summer so I have a wide availability of time ranges for taking care of your pets! I care for pets depending on what each unique one needs. As long as I am made aware of any quirks of the pets then I can guarantee they will get what they need.

About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs nearly my entire life, and have served as one of the primary caretakers in my family for almost all of the dogs we’ve had. I’ve taken care of dogs of all types and ages from puppies to seniors and chihuahuas to huskies I work on a contract basis and have more free time than time I’m working. I often have full weeks off and can spend that whole time with your pets. I have a cozy apartment with plenty of space for a dog, big or small. I have room to put a crate or dog bed if needed. I’d also feel comfortable staying in your home if that’s what is best for you and your dog.

About: I have developed a deep passion and care for animals since I was a kid. I possess experience in walking and caring for the pets of family and friends. I currently work part time as a patio furniture delivery professional. Which allows me to maintain a flexible schedule with plenty of free time on the days I am not assigned deliveries. This flexibility works perfectly for pet care. As I can dedicate generous amounts of time to caring for animals whether that includes daily walks, play sessions, feeding, or general companionship. I have prior experience caring for pets. and I am comfortable managing their routines to ensure they remain happy and healthy. My schedule allows me to spend quality time with pets throughout the day. While I don’t have pets myself I am well acquainted with the needs of animals through my friends and family. I am comfortable spending time with them and can attend to their requirements, such as ensuring they are crated when necessary, while also respecting any boundaries already set.

About: Growing up, we always had two dogs and a cat. I quickly became the designated dog walker of the family which then lead me into dog sitting for family friends and neighbors. In college I used to walk dogs through WAG and had a blast. I'm used to dogs of all sizes and temperaments. I love animals and watching after them as a side gig is so fun! I work part time, so on the days that I have off, I can easily work in a few pets that need care and TLC! I follow the instructions I am given by the pets owner and I respect their home as if it was mine. If a pet is in my home, I make sure nothing chewable or food is left out to prevent any issues.

About: I had a chocolate lab named Cooper growing up, and then a yellow lab puppy named Sully! This taught me how to live with senior dogs and young puppies. I would also walk a lot of neighborhood dogs during high school, so I have a lot of experience working with unfamiliar dogs. I’m a server at two restaurants so I have time before or after my shifts to check in on your pup! Weekdays are good for me but I can definitely fit in some weekend times if needed. I will be sure to follow any instructions because I know how much dogs like their routine. Along with this, I think just being a calm presence in the home goes a long way for a successful dog sit. I love to play fetch, brush dogs, go on walks, and anything else the dog wants to do!

About: I have taken care of my own dogs for many years now I have 2 rescues and am comfortable with any breed. I have experience with my own reactive dogs and am open to any opportunities. I only work from 8-330 during the school year and do all my school work online! I enjoy using my spare time to care for animals and love getting to know your furry family members! About: I have experience providing reliable pet care, including dog walking, feeding, and attentive supervision to ensure pets stay safe, active, and well cared for. I have done jobs over 2 weeks or occasional walks. I am currently working part-time and am a Graduate student, so I should have plenty of time to help with daily walks or overnight stays. May need to work around occasional 6 hour shifts or a traveling weekend, but otherwise available I care for pets by following their normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special instructions from the owner. I make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for at all times, whether in my home or the client’s home.
