About: I have been pet sitting for over 10 years now. My experience ranges from small to large, puppy to old, and active to immobile animals. I would be happy to provide references if needed. I am currently a masters student at UVM. Lots of time spent at home studying. Gone for few hours a day at most which makes me a great fit for pet care. I feel comfortable with following any training routine your animal is going through. I am capable of taking care of a home with other responsibilities besides pet care that need to get done while you are away.

About: Just getting back with Rover and would love to care for your pup(s) overnight or provide doggy day care in my non-smoking Colchester, VT home. I've been boarding dogs in my home for 9 years. There are no children in my home and is female-only occupied. I offer a fully-fenced grassy yard and I am home all day. In addition to lots of play in the yard I like to take them to the dog park (weather permitting). Dogs can come in and out of the dog doors into the fenced yard as they wish during the day-or I let them in and out if they are not accustomed to dog doors. I am always close-by and very safety oriented and provide lots of attention. When indoors, the pups spend time playing with me and my dog, enjoying dog toys, napping on dog beds day and night (or in a crate if you prefer). Recent references provided at the meet 'n greet we'll schedule prior to boarding so you can check things out and ask questions. I am home all day and pups boarding with me have 24-hr care. I am up early and they are fed according to their individual needs. They can the play outside or inside as they wish, coming in and out of dog doors to fenced yard, or my letting them in and out if they aren't used to dog doors. They have final potty breaks in the evening and then inside for the night. Non-smoking, non-drinking responsible home. There are no children in my adult, female-occupied home. I have a fully-fenced, grassy yard and a cozy, peaceful indoor environment. I only have up to 3 dogs in my home at a time. Frequent play, treats and toys provided.

About: Hi my name is Jaelyn! I've had a passion for animals since I was a kid. I had a horse when I was little that I took care of and was a stable hand as well. I work at a doggy daycare so I am knowledgeable with taking care of dogs and with giving them meds ect. Sundays and Mondays are days any time would work for dog walking. Anyother days I am available early in the morning (6am-10am). And i'm available any days for pet sitting overnight! I have experience in taking care of horses, dogs, goats, bearded dragons, and cats so I have alot of experience with taking care of all different kinds of animals. I have a cat of my own so I know how to take care of them. I also work at a doggy daycare so i'm familiar with taking care of dogs as well.

About: My name is Annie and I currently live in Burlington. During the school year, I teach middle school math in the area and am off for the summer. I love animals and have been immersed with them my entire life. I grew up with a family dog, as well as two cats. While I do not have a pet of my own, I have pet sat for many families throughout my college summers and school breaks. Throughout these experiences, I have been trusted with overnight care, walking, training, bathing, and feeding. This experience has provided a comfort with cats and dogs of all sizes and ages. I love being outdoors and staying active, which has worked well for pet sitting in the past. I currently have the summers off and into the school year, I am back in town mid-afternoon. My weekends are mostly rooted in Burlington which makes me available for overnight care as well. I currently live in a decently sized, two bedroom apartment close to Burlington's waterfront parks. This apartment is pet friendly. My roommate is a fellow animal lover and is open to animals being in this space. Our neighborhood is safe and assessable to many walking routes, and there is also a patch of grass in our shared back-yard.

She dealt with road closures and a few hiccups with the flooding/bad storms we had in Vermont during the week of her sitting but was very communicative and helpful throughout the week. I had never left my dogs with anyone but family/close friends prior to having her dog sit and will most definitely be hiring her again. You can tell she truly loves animals and cares about them.”
