About: I am hoping to find a family with a dog (or dogs) that I can walk a few days a week every week. I grew up with a Saint Bernard and now two corgis, so I am used to all shapes and sizes of dogs. I have a big fluffy black cat of my own named King Louis. I work full time as a restaurant manager and like to fill my days with spending time outside and taking care of animals/walking dogs is an added bonus! I am very comfortable with walking dogs and gently enforcing rules when necessary. I can adapt to any type of training/caring that is used for your individual pet.

I have been a dog walker and house sitter for three clients/families in 2025 so far and love popping by for walks every two hours with your pup. Size, barking, and puppy-ness are non-issues! I have extreme patience and good shoulders. My grandma always told me to leave the house you're visiting neater than when you got there, so I have an eye for cleanliness and I don't want you to feel like someone has been living in your home when you come back. I.E. I will ask you if I can vacuum. I'm starting school in the fall at Vermont State University in Johnson, so I am free to book any time this summer, unless I have another doggie booked that day. I'm a list maker so I like to write down your instructions when we have a formal introduction. Food, walks, potty time, play time, training, and housekeeping will all be done to your standard.

About: I will provide a on-the-ready daycare/check-in service. Check in's will include play time engagement, spending time with them if they have been alone, walks, administer medicine if need be, and overall quality check in. I can provide these services at a moments notice with being local to Burlington, and can also provide these services over an extended period of time to suite your schedule. Daily check in's can last anywhere from 30 mins to one hour, depending on your needs. I work full time but my schedule is flexible. I have watched and cared for multiple family friends cats and dogs since my teens, as well as now helping colleagues watch their pets while traveling out of town. My experience ranges from the simple check in's; walks, playtime, feeding - to administering shots, ear spray, tic and flea medicine, etc. I currently work a hybrid schedule Mon-Thurs in office and half-day Fridays from home, moving back to full-day Friday's from home come fall. Even when in office, my schedule is flexible and I am out of work by 4pm, and can step out quick if need be throughout the day, making sudden pop-in visits easy for me. And making scheduled visits even easier. I live on a quieter street and my apartment is set back from the road, giving peace of mind when out on walks or in the yard. Crating is always an option if you are more comfortable and familiar with that.

These days I work from home, which gives me the flexibility to spend more time caring for pets while saving for a wedding. I grew up with dogs, so caring for them has always come naturally. In 2020, I adopted my first cat, and I quickly became a full-fledged cat person. I've also lived with two cats who didn't get along, so I'm comfortable reading feline body language, giving nervous cats the space they need, and helping them feel safe and comfortable. About: I have grew up around dogs and cats and always had a huge amount of love for them. For the last 3 years when I was living in South Carolina, my good friend always called me first to dog sit and house sit. I’ve been around many different types of dogs. In fact, I could think of nothing I would rather do than devote my life to animal health and well-being, so I became a veterinarian! About: Hi all! I am a professional in the medical field at UVMMC who works remote part-time with ongoing afternoon/evening availability and weekends. I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a kid, and now have an adult rescue dog who I have completed successful dog training with for reactivity, anxiety, recall -including ecollar work. I have cared for friends dogs, and followed all of their routines. I can administer meds, go on runs, take them to the dog park, or fulfill any need/quirk. I work in healthcare, but I’m often available for midday walks during the week. Some nights of the week I can do a walk. I am intermittently available for either one or two weekend days/nights that welcome other dogs into my home to stay, potentially the whole week!
