About: I've been caring for animals since I was 12. Over the years, neighbors, friends, and family have trusted me with walks, drop-in visits, and overnight stays in their homes. I take that trust seriously. I follow your pet's routine closely, keep their environment calm and consistent, and send photo updates so you're never left wondering how they're doing. Whether it's a high energy dog who needs a good run or a senior cat who prefers quiet company, I adjust my approach to fit each pet's personality and needs. My focus is always on safety, comfort, and making sure your pet feels at ease while you're away. You'll come back to a happy animal and a home that's been well looked after. My work is fully flexible, so I have plenty of availability for overnight stays any day of the week. For walks and drop-in visits, I'm available Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I work around your pet's normal routine to keep them comfortable and on track while you're away. When I stay in your home, it is extremely important to me that I prioritize keeping it clean and treating it as I would treat my own.

I have been a dog walker and house sitter for three clients/families in 2025 so far and love popping by for walks every two hours with your pup. Size, barking, and puppy-ness are non-issues! I have extreme patience and good shoulders. My grandma always told me to leave the house you're visiting neater than when you got there, so I have an eye for cleanliness and I don't want you to feel like someone has been living in your home when you come back. I.E. I will ask you if I can vacuum. I'm starting school in the fall at Vermont State University in Johnson, so I am free to book any time this summer, unless I have another doggie booked that day. I'm a list maker so I like to write down your instructions when we have a formal introduction. Food, walks, potty time, play time, training, and housekeeping will all be done to your standard.

About: I’ve owned dogs my entire life, so caring for them comes naturally to me. I’m also studying veterinary medicine, giving me a strong understanding of animal health and behavior. Over the years, I’ve dog sat for many families, caring for dogs of different ages, sizes, and personalities. A lot of space for a dog bed or crate to be in the bedroom or even sleep in the bed. I have a private yard that is set away from the street and other neighbors with friendly dogs. I follow each pet’s normal routine to help them feel comfortable and secure. I provide plenty of attention, playtime, walks, fresh food and water, and lots of love. About: I’ve grown up around dogs and cats my whole life and have experience with a variety of breeds and personalities. I was raised with Labs, Golden Retrievers, Doodles, and mixed breeds, and I currently have a pit mix of my own. Caring for animals has always come naturally to me, and I truly enjoy spending time with them. Whether I’m taking your dog for a walk, stopping by to check on your cat, or caring for your pet while you’re away, my goal is always the same: to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. While I work everyday during the day, I have time in the evenings and all day on the weekends to either take your little ones for walks or feed them or play with them. My dog is allowed on any couch or bed, she doesn’t have many restrictions other than jumping on tables, she sleeps on our bed or the guest bed depending on her mood lol. When it comes to sitting at your house, I will make sure your pup stays on their routine and follows any house rules that are in place!

About: I have never met an animal I did not love. My mom likes to say that I’ve always loved animals. She remembers me trying to jump out of her arms, before I could even walk, in order to pet a nearby dog. I am a 32 years old and originally from Minnesota. I grew up taking care of a miniature schnauzer named Oreo, who was a wonderful family companion. I had a pet ferret for 6 years named Swarley, who I alone cared for. I have cared for friends and previous roommate’s dogs, fish, cats, rabbits, and rats. I’ve also cared for all kinds of reptiles and amphibians when working at nature centers for 3 years. I have also cared for a neighbors goats and am comfortable around farm animals. I now have a super sweet 8 year old rescue dog named Primrose. If I am lucky enough to get to care for your pet, I will give all of my attention to them and provide the very best care possible. I hope to hear from you soon! I can work around your schedule. I am careful to make sure sneaky pets are unable to escape when I come in and out of doors. I always put a leash and collar on any pet before taking them outdoors. I'm used to and meticulous about keeping medications and food out of reach for pets. I am highly engaged with the pets I am watching and observe for any small signs of stress or health issues. I would call you immediately if I noticed something was wrong or off with your pet and I am totally willing to call your veterinarian or take them to an emergency veterinarian, if ever necessary. I can administer medications and make special diets, if requested.

About: I’ve been taking care of family dogs as well as those of friends, neighbours, and extended family for about 15 years. I’m a lover of dogs of all sizes and breeds, and doing activities from walking, hiking, running, playing and even just chilling on the couch! Over the last couple of years I’ve been watching a few different senior dogs over night for long periods of time, providing medications and other remedies they may need. I’m currently between jobs so I am currently free Monday through Sunday, morning, noon or night for both day time care as well as overnight stays with any furry friends. I am currently living just outside of Burlington in a fenced in back yard with one 9 year old pug named Duke. I have enough space here for your pet to run around and play either solo or with my dog. I at this point do not have the capacity for overnight stays but am working on creating a space where that can be possible! In regards to other care, I am able to stay over night, check in daily or even just walk your pet when needed! I have a car so I can meet just about anywhere and take your pet on little adventures if desired. I love to stay active so playing, walking, hiking, running and swimming are some of my favourite activities to do! However if needed I can kick my feet up and be a homebody for the more lazy pups.

About: Hi there, my name is MJ and I'm interested in help you with your doggos, or just your one and only pupper. I have been around dogs all my life. From chihuahuas, to pitties, a Rhodesian Ridgeback (yeah, they have a lot to say. Lol...), to your average American mutt, I seriously love all dogs. For the ones that just want the basics to those who are super charged, I can match their energy. I'm available for drop-in feedings, walks, and play-time. Have a doggo that needs a little extra attention, no problem I don't mind hanging out for a few hours, so you can run errands doggo free, appointment that might be long, or just need to escape for a bit. I am flexible between the hours of 8:30am-5pm, if you are in Shelburne village I can be a bit more flexible until 8pm. Overnight stay can be arranged with at least 2+ weeks notice. We have 2 fabulous felines, Zen & Leia, that are our fur babes!! We start every morning with feeding & water changes. Toy & fun, scritches & snuggles, sometimes even a cat nap. We make our own cat food as well. I have cared for personal family pets, friends pets (dogs, cats, fish, smallies.). I am very professional and enjoy being around animals very much. We have 2 cats, Zen Vader and Princess Leia. We also have a ball python, Ms. Bea Arthur. Caring for animals brings me so much joy, and I love the thank yous of butt wiggles and a purring machine.

About: I have been an animal activist for many years and there is nothing I like more than walking dogs. I have been pet sitting and dog walking for my friends, neighbors, and coworkers since I was 12 years old. I work a 9-5 M-F, but I would love to swing by in the morning, evening, or any time on the weekends to walk your dogs. I am also happy to walk more than 30 minutes with your dog; I love going on long walks. I have experience looking after other animals too: cats, birds, fish--even cows!
