I removed a star because she had a last minute mix up with her work schedule and texted us the morning we were leaving to let us know she could not come within the agreed upon time window, which left us scrambling calling neighbors and friends asking for backup. She ended up getting her work schedule moved around to make it work, which we really appreciated, but she was not able to stay the full 30 minutes at that time. This delayed us leaving on our trip by about two hours, which was a challenging start for us. With that being said, we really appreciated Bianca going above and beyond to get her work schedule moved around when things went awry.”

About: I will provide a on-the-ready daycare/check-in service. Check in's will include play time engagement, spending time with them if they have been alone, walks, administer medicine if need be, and overall quality check in. I can provide these services at a moments notice with being local to Burlington, and can also provide these services over an extended period of time to suite your schedule. Daily check in's can last anywhere from 30 mins to one hour, depending on your needs. I work full time but my schedule is flexible. I have watched and cared for multiple family friends cats and dogs since my teens, as well as now helping colleagues watch their pets while traveling out of town. My experience ranges from the simple check in's; walks, playtime, feeding - to administering shots, ear spray, tic and flea medicine, etc. I currently work a hybrid schedule Mon-Thurs in office and half-day Fridays from home, moving back to full-day Friday's from home come fall. Even when in office, my schedule is flexible and I am out of work by 4pm, and can step out quick if need be throughout the day, making sudden pop-in visits easy for me. And making scheduled visits even easier. I live on a quieter street and my apartment is set back from the road, giving peace of mind when out on walks or in the yard. Crating is always an option if you are more comfortable and familiar with that.

About: I've been around dogs since I was a child, and I see them as part of the family. I got my first dog when I was eleven, but our house grew and grew with multiple dogs, and I currently help care for my family's six dogs. In addition, my parents and I have fostered dogs together, which gave me hands-on experience with dogs of all ages, breeds, and backgrounds, including those who needed extra patience, structure, and reassurance while adjusting to new environments. I have years of experience dog sitting for family, friends, and neighbors, including overnight stays, feeding routines, walks, playtime, and giving my full affection and attention. Through fostering, I learned how to read dog behavior, help dogs feel safe in unfamiliar situations, and learned to support basic routines and transitions. I make sure doors, gates, and leashes are always secure, and I'm very mindful of my surroundings during walks. I also take the time to get to know each pet's personality so I know how to respond appropriately to their needs and comfort levels. Communication is key, so I always provide regular updates, photos, and messages to give pet parents peace of mind. My goal is to create a safe, loving, and stress-free environment where all pets feel comfortable and cared for, and each owner feels confident they've left their pets in good hands.

About: I am a life-long animal lover who has cared for pets for as long as I can remember. In fact, I could think of nothing I would rather do than devote my life to animal health and well-being, so I became a veterinarian! I am no longer in clinical practice, as I now focus on wildlife population health; however, I retain my love of creatures great and small and appreciate the opportunity to provide in-home care to your beloved dogs and other pets. I otherwise miss the snuggles, as I do not currently have pets of my own! I know the value of the human-pet bond, and I strive to give the highest quality care. I am comfortable caring for pups with special needs or any number of other critters (cats, birds, reptiles, rabbits, rodents, etc.). My only limitation is that I am at work full-time during the day, so I would not be suitable for animals needing mid-day care on a daily basis.

About: I live in the heart of Essex Junction and am always out walking with my dogs! I love dogs of all sizes and age :) I'd love to come check in on your pets when you travel, let them out during the workday if you can't be around, and walk them during my free time! I work from home and have a flexible schedule so I am happy to accept same-day bookings if something urgent comes up. I'd love to let your pets outside, give them some extra attention inside if they just need a little love while you're away, and I'm also happy to let pets stay with me assuming they are friendly with other dogs (I have one 8lb dog and one 60lb hound who is very gentle). I'm also happy to check in on cats or any other animals you have in your home (we also have a gecko in our house!). I work full time from home, so I am always home with my dogs. I let them out and feed them first thing in the morning, and try to get them out for a long walk in the middle of the day when the weather is nice (my little one refuses to get her paws wet or muddy). The more time in the sun, the better! I have a partially fenced in yard but leash dogs if I'm watching a family member's dog who isn't used to the area. I always have eyes on my little one so she doesn't sneak through the gaps in the fence. Anyone who trusts me with their pet's care can rest assured their safety is my top priority - I'm something of a helicopter dog mom

About: Work from home animal lover, I have always had dogs, cats and helped with a rescue in TN,the humane society, both my dogs and cats are always rescue dogs.I love dogs, cats all animals, to hike with them, walk them and bring them on rides. We live by a huge tree farm that has lots of soccer fields to run and play and a huge fenced dog park at my complex. I love animals and would like to supplement my income as a single mother of a toddler . I again work from home so I am flexible :) I love to be outside and play and and get exercise we are very active . Dogs must be ok with kiddos.and if just needed during day that fine as my toddler is at school 😊 I work from home. I live in a complex that has a dog park and has tons of fields and a mountain behind us to hike in Essex high breaks throughout the day that I could be able to walk your dog and I'm also home so they can come chill out with me in my house all day and be attended to they wouldn't need to be lonely I'm active myself and love fresh air and would be happy to get them the attention and the exercise that they need during the day or just happy to hang out with them I've been taking care of animals for a very long time with all different backgrounds again have a dog park where I live and a bunch of fields and trails that I would be able to walk the dog it's on the first floor I'm home all day working can do multiple potty breaks and hang out with your doggy or puppy all day long helping to relieve some stress and helping with any dogs that are anxious or puppies who need the extra attention while you're at work happy to have them brought over to my home and happy to show you my space as well first. About: Hi there, my name is MJ and I'm interested in help you with your doggos, or just your one and only pupper. I have been around dogs all my life. From chihuahuas, to pitties, a Rhodesian Ridgeback (yeah, they have a lot to say. Lol...), to your average American mutt, I seriously love all dogs. For the ones that just want the basics to those who are super charged, I can match their energy. I'm available for drop-in feedings, walks, and play-time. Have a doggo that needs a little extra attention, no problem I don't mind hanging out for a few hours, so you can run errands doggo free, appointment that might be long, or just need to escape for a bit. I am flexible between the hours of 8:30am-5pm, if you are in Shelburne village I can be a bit more flexible until 8pm. Overnight stay can be arranged with at least 2+ weeks notice. We have 2 fabulous felines, Zen & Leia, that are our fur babes!! We start every morning with feeding & water changes. Toy & fun, scritches & snuggles, sometimes even a cat nap. We make our own cat food as well. I have cared for personal family pets, friends pets (dogs, cats, fish, smallies.). I am very professional and enjoy being around animals very much. We have 2 cats, Zen Vader and Princess Leia. We also have a ball python, Ms. Bea Arthur. Caring for animals brings me so much joy, and I love the thank yous of butt wiggles and a purring machine.
