“Julian and Jocelyn are excellent hosts! My husband and I were faced with a situation where our usual hosts were not available and we needed to leave our Boston terrier in new hands for a month; also the longest duration we were separated from our baby to date. Needless to say, this was not an easy decision for us. From the moment we corresponded with Julian and Jocelyn are fears were put to ease. They are extremely professional and responsive to emails and texts. We were able to schedule a meet and greet and were impressed by the questions they asked to understand our dogs needs and personality. As soon we entered their home, Layla felt very comfortable and relaxed. She was able to quickly pick up on Julian and Jocelyn's calm and warming energy. At one point our Layla made herself comfortable on their couch and completely settled right in. While we were traveling we received beautiful photos (these really are professional grade pictures) of Layla and warm updates about their time together, which we loved. In the pictures we could see how calm and relaxed Layla was. Julian and Jocelyn also went out of their way to keep Layla active and even bathed her when they felt she needed it. They were also very flexible with changes to our schedule. Working with Julian and Jocelyn was an absolute pleasure and knowing our dog was in such good hands made our trip so much less stressful. We highly recommend Jocelyn and Julian and will definitely leave Layla in their great care in the future. I know she misses them already! Thank you Jocelyn and Julian! About: As a lifelong animal lover with years of experience, I have had the pleasure of caring for a wide range of pets, including dogs, cats, and small animals. My experience spans from handling playful puppies to providing tender care for senior pets from friends and family for over five years. I am free this July until August and otherwise I will be going to UVM this fall so my availability will vary based on my schedule. “Bianca was kind and came by beforehand for a rundown, which was much appreciated! She is clearly a cat person who is dedicated to her pet sitting commitments. I removed a star because she had a last minute mix up with her work schedule and texted us the morning we were leaving to let us know she could not come within the agreed upon time window, which left us scrambling calling neighbors and friends asking for backup. She ended up getting her work schedule moved around to make it work, which we really appreciated, but she was not able to stay the full 30 minutes at that time. This delayed us leaving on our trip by about two hours, which was a challenging start for us. With that being said, we really appreciated Bianca going above and beyond to get her work schedule moved around when things went awry.”

I recently went on my first week long vacation away from my cats and felt so comfortable right away leaving them in Posie's care- when Posie came to get a tour and do a quick meet with them, she got right on their level and was so gentle. Posie sent photos every day, was very communicative, and comfortable giving medicine. One of the cats got an eye infection right before we left and I felt terrible adding eye drops to their regiment for Posie to tackle, but she was totally unfazed. This same cat is terrified of everyone who isn't me or my husband, and by just a few days in she was letting Posie approach and pet her, which proved what a natural she is with animals to me. About: I've had pets my entire life. For over 40 years, I've raised puppies and kitties into well-behaved, loved members of my family. I have some experience giving medicine and training. I work from home 4 days of the work week and even on the day that I’m away, pets are never left alone for more than 5-6 hours a day, which is rare at that. I walk our dog daily and there is plenty of time to go out and play in a fenced yard multiples times during the day. As mentioned above, we lets our dogs get plenty of fresh air and exercise and they are rarely alone for long stretches at a time. If I'm taking care of a pet in their own home, those pets can get walks and regular visits based on their needs.

About: I have a great amount of experience with animals. I have cared for Bunnies,Rats, Birds, Reptiles, Cats and dogs as well. I’m familiar with treating senior dogs and cats. As well as younger animals. I’ve had animals my entire life. Starting May 15th. I will have a flexible availability. I would fit pet sitting into my daily/ weekly routine but ensuring all animals are fed and have water. I will give them some play time. If walks are needed I will ensure I arrive earlier to give any dogs walks. I have two cats. Athena and Vixen Both girls are on a strict routine. They get fed wet food twice a day and dry food once. Their wet food includes multivitamins, probiotics and allergy medications. Both cats have separate diets that best suit their needs. I ensure all things for them are done before starting my day. e.i Litterboxes, water refills, medications, food and play time. Upon arriving home I greet them and play for about 30min-1hr.

About: I have had doggos in my life since I was a kiddo. I currently have 4 dogs in the home each with their own personality, 1 blue heeler (4 yrs old), 1 black lab (5 yrs old), 1 pit bull mix (2 yrs old) and 1 yellow Labrador (14 yrs old.). Having 4 dogs in one home has really taught me how to read different behaviors, making sure they all feel respected and loved, I’ve learned to always keep them trained with commands and above all to make sure they’ve gotten their energy out. I currently only work 8 hour shifts on Wednesday and Fridays, all other days in the week I am available to care for your pet/s. I make sure to follow every instruction provided when caring for a pet in someone’s home. The pet’s human knows them best and it’s essential to follow all instructions to a tee. I make sure to be present with the animal during all aspects of the visit including play/free time. I’m very careful and safe with animals and I try to make sure the dog/cat’s needs are met before leaving the home.

“Had a great experience booking daily walks for three days with Jenna. Had to book super last minute and she was kind enough to accept and be flexible with us. She provided a rover card for each walk showing how far and long they walked as well as if my dog pooped 1-2x which was rlly helpful for me. jenna also went the extra mile of feeding him and making sure he ate after his walks while also keeping him company for a good amount of time afterwards too. All of which was rlly appreciated, well communicated, and shows how much she cares! I also received a daily picture which I looked forward to everyday :) not many dog walkers would do all of this but she did. Also, it was rlly important that my dog goes on a 30 min walk once every 24 h or else he won’t eat and starts throwing up from starving himself and she responsibly did show up within the asked/ flexible time frame:) Would book another walk with her in the future”

About: I've owned a pug for almost 9 years, and have taken care of him the entire time. I worked at a Doggie Daycare (Gullivers) for 5 years. I'm very used to walking dogs, cleaning, and basic grooming practices (bath, nails, ears, teeth). I grew up with dogs and have always walked animals. I prefer dogs to most people😂 I'm not working at the moment, and trying to work up to that. I have plenty time in the day to come and walk your dog. Lots of love too! I give him a bath about once a month, clip his nails about twice a month, brush his teeth a couple times a week, and wipe out ears when needed. About: I've taken care of all types of dogs throughout my life, personally owning a large Newfoundland and an Australian Cattle dog, so I have experience dealing with extremely high and low energy breeds. Im a life long animal lover who is currently pursuing my undergraduate in Animal Sciences with a focus on pre veterinarian medicine. In the past Ive dealt more with larger zoo animals like wolves and lynx's but Im always a sucker for some cute dogs. Im currently working mid week, Im available for boarding at any time however during M,T,Th,F bathroom breaks will be limited to 4-8 hours. During weekends and Wednesdays Ill be available to give your furry friends all the attention they need throughout the day. I live in a condo with no designated yard however there is an unfenced yard available for use and dogs will be taken on frequent walks, at least 2 times a day but this varies on your dogs needs. Im open to all dog sitting styles so if you like your dog crated at night or left to roam around just let me know. If your dog has specific preferences or needs please just specify before dropping them off.

“Julian and Jocelyn are excellent hosts! My husband and I were faced with a situation where our usual hosts were not available and we needed to leave our Boston terrier in new hands for a month; also the longest duration we were separated from our baby to date. Needless to say, this was not an easy decision for us. From the moment we corresponded with Julian and Jocelyn are fears were put to ease. They are extremely professional and responsive to emails and texts. We were able to schedule a meet and greet and were impressed by the questions they asked to understand our dogs needs and personality. As soon we entered their home, Layla felt very comfortable and relaxed. She was able to quickly pick up on Julian and Jocelyn's calm and warming energy. At one point our Layla made herself comfortable on their couch and completely settled right in. While we were traveling we received beautiful photos (these really are professional grade pictures) of Layla and warm updates about their time together, which we loved. In the pictures we could see how calm and relaxed Layla was. Julian and Jocelyn also went out of their way to keep Layla active and even bathed her when they felt she needed it. They were also very flexible with changes to our schedule. Working with Julian and Jocelyn was an absolute pleasure and knowing our dog was in such good hands made our trip so much less stressful. We highly recommend Jocelyn and Julian and will definitely leave Layla in their great care in the future. I know she misses them already! Thank you Jocelyn and Julian! About: As a lifelong animal lover with years of experience, I have had the pleasure of caring for a wide range of pets, including dogs, cats, and small animals. My experience spans from handling playful puppies to providing tender care for senior pets from friends and family for over five years. I am free this July until August and otherwise I will be going to UVM this fall so my availability will vary based on my schedule. I’m not planning on taking any pets to my house since it is not pet safe. I will gladly though pet sit in your house.
