About: I will provide a on-the-ready daycare/check-in service. Check in's will include play time engagement, spending time with them if they have been alone, walks, administer medicine if need be, and overall quality check in. I can provide these services at a moments notice with being local to Burlington, and can also provide these services over an extended period of time to suite your schedule. Daily check in's can last anywhere from 30 mins to one hour, depending on your needs. I work full time but my schedule is flexible. I have watched and cared for multiple family friends cats and dogs since my teens, as well as now helping colleagues watch their pets while traveling out of town. My experience ranges from the simple check in's; walks, playtime, feeding - to administering shots, ear spray, tic and flea medicine, etc. I currently work a hybrid schedule Mon-Thurs in office and half-day Fridays from home, moving back to full-day Friday's from home come fall. Even when in office, my schedule is flexible and I am out of work by 4pm, and can step out quick if need be throughout the day, making sudden pop-in visits easy for me. And making scheduled visits even easier. I live on a quieter street and my apartment is set back from the road, giving peace of mind when out on walks or in the yard. Crating is always an option if you are more comfortable and familiar with that.

About: I’ve been pet sitting since I was 10 years old, and was known as the “neighborhood” sitter. This required responsibility managing time from a young age and helping care for cats, dogs, rodents, and even horses! I would be happy to provide services before work early in the morning, on my lunch break, or in the evening. On the weekends I am mostly around and willing to help care for your pets! I have a shy rescue dog, and so I’m very aware that dogs can read energy. About: I have volunteered at two animal shelters since 2021 where I've gained experience taking care of dogs of all sizes, cats, and rabbits. I have also been a pet-sitter for friends and family for a number of years. My family has always had pets since before I was born, and I've grown up with cats, dogs, and guinea pigs. Our current pet count is seven: six cats and one dog! I am currently looking for an internship or a part-time job, so I have plenty of time during both weekdays and weekends to care for your pets! I am happy to take your dog on leashed walks or have unleashed playtime in a fenced area. I set alarm reminders for my own dog's potty breaks to keep track of her activity and ensure she doesn't have any accidents, and I will do the same for your dog! I am also very experienced with feline escape artists, so I will do my due diligence in ensuring that your doors, windows, and fences are secured.

About: I've been around dogs since I was a child, and I see them as part of the family. I got my first dog when I was eleven, but our house grew and grew with multiple dogs, and I currently help care for my family's six dogs. In addition, my parents and I have fostered dogs together, which gave me hands-on experience with dogs of all ages, breeds, and backgrounds, including those who needed extra patience, structure, and reassurance while adjusting to new environments. In a client's home, I treat the space with respect and keep everything clean and organized. I make sure doors, gates, and leashes are always secure, and I'm very mindful of my surroundings during walks. I also take the time to get to know each pet's personality so I know how to respond appropriately to their needs and comfort levels. Communication is key, so I always provide regular updates, photos, and messages to give pet parents peace of mind. My goal is to create a safe, loving, and stress-free environment where all pets feel comfortable and cared for, and each owner feels confident they've left their pets in good hands.
